Hello Nelson,

Thank you for writing your detailed review! We appreciate you being a valued customer. We are sorry to hear you did not have the typical experience of VERY EASY installation of the Rubber B strap to its intended watch. It sounds like you must have a newer Rolex GMT Master II Ceramic (from the past 4 years) because that's the only model that can have issues getting the pins to engage. The reason for that has to do with Rolex, as they supply that model with 1.5mm pins, which are very thin (versus the stiffer 2.0mm pins that all other previous models had). For this reason, your thinner pins are very flexible, causing their tip to point away from the lug hole rather than keeping straight and engaging instantly.

We do have technicians available for instant assistance via telephone (M-F / 9-5 EST) in case anyone ever runs into this rare difficulty.

We are sad to see your review and sorry you feel this way. Both of your orders shipped out the same day you purchased them and arrived quickly to you in Belgium with UPS Express live tracking just 2 days after purchase. We also answered each of your emails the same business day without delay because we care about every customer's experience.

You are upset with us that we could not accept a return/refund for your first order that you purchased almost 3 months earlier. Due to protections put in place from much past fraud, our website's return policy does not allow us to accept returns that are requested SEVERAL MONTHS AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE. We apologize for any inconvenience this strict policy may cause honest people like you.

But you are welcome to sell the item on a third-party website such as eBay if you list the item as "Pre-Owned Unused." This way, Rubber B brand will not give you any problems, and you can recuperate most of the cost of your previous purchase.

It's disheartening to our team that you felt the need to remove a star based on the USA pricing, as we do value your experience.

Rubber B products are 100% manufactured in the Swiss factory, and then they are delivered to our brand headquarters in the USA for inspection, pairing, and packaging in order to ensure accuracy and the highest level of customer service. We do not use third-party distributors or mailing services in order to maintain tight control for the benefit of our customers and our reputation over the past twelve years.

Thank you for writing your detailed review! We appreciate you being a valued customer.

Installing a Rubber B strap is as simple as removing your spring bars with a tool, sliding them into the perfectly calibrated strap shaft, and then clicking them back into position on your watch. If you are unfamiliar with or are less than comfortable with removing your Rolex bracelet yourself, then we recommend that you visit a professional luxury watch shop, and have them mount the strap for you, so that you do not scratch or damage your watch or spring bars. It should take an experienced watch person less than five minutes total to remove a Rolex bracelet and install the Rubber B strap. The strap should always be installed from the rear of the watch (never the front). You can use tape to protect your lugs while installing.

Regarding your disappointment that we do not provide a third closure option (non-OEM deployant buckle series) for the newest Explorer 226570, this can be explained: We do not offer a deployant clasp series because 1) it would have to be Swiss Made for quality, which would make the price of the strap 5 times higher than currently. 2) Aftermarket clasps have rough finishes that compromise rubber. 3) Additionally, Rubber B is a luxury alternative innovator, which means that none of our products will never be a copy of something that already exists (other than the Tang Buckle closure that must be a standard offering for customers who do not have or wish to use their own Rolex deployant buckle). Many Official Rolex boutiques throughout the world sell our straps to their customers due to the non-aftermarket reputation of our brand. Additionally, Rubber B straps are made at the same Swiss factory as OEM Hublot, Richard Mille, Louis Vuitton, etc... those watch brands share the same factory as Rubber B for their OEM straps manufacturing.

In summary, we strive to provide the most integrated options possible, such as the Classic Series, Tang Buckle Series, Velcro® Series (for some models), the Dream Strap (for some models), and the Rubber Cuff Series (for all watches), but a deployant clasp will never be an option we will offer. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
