They've always been responsive, but when I double submitted work they were able to catch it, remove the duplicate and therefore avoiding a charge for me. They were willing to go the extra mile and give me an email to show to my boss that it was indeed confirmed as cancelled. We have been using them for years and will likely continue due to such service and quality products!

I have ordered multiple times from Rubber Stamp Champ for employees. Always quick and accurate. Their prices are good compared to others.

The stamp wasn't set right, so part of the wording doesn't print when stamped. All the words fit but it appears the stamp wasn't put on straight, so it doesn't stamp correctly.

Good work, nice looking stamp.

The clear plastic cap was installed crooked and I cannot get it to snap down. This give the stamp a slapped together appearance. I will not be using this company again.

Order was not shipped right away because part of the order was on backorder. I never got any notification of this. After a couple weeks, I called to find out why my order had not arrived only to learn that it was never shipped. Poor communication.

I ultimately got what I needed but it seemed like I was bothering the customer service rep. She had to get someone else to help me because she could not understand why I didn’t understand her. She may have been having a bad day but all she needed to be was a little nicer.

Custom stamp is great. Ink not so much. Used for 2 days and when not in use it was kept in the Mylar bag but we need new ink already.
