Very pleased

I needed a corporate stamp in a quick turnaround, and I received the digital within a couple of hours of placing the order. The actual stamp came just a week after ordering. I am very pleased with our purchase and the quick response from the company.

I have tried other companies which I dont want to say the names but their products at least the ones I ordered were poorly crafted. Rubber Stamp
Champ in every product I have ordered and I have ordered a few, their products are of very good quality, the free shipping is super fast. Their customer serice is proffesional and on top of it. So I did try other companies but Im going to stick with stamp champ.

Mistake was made and once the company


Mistake was made and once the company was notified, I heard from them quickly and it was fixed with new product in the mail in no time!!
Coming from a 50 year customer services background, I do not give high praise easily, nor am I ever impressed....but I was impressed!!
Look forward to continuing to use Rubber Stamp Champ!

First time purchase

First time purchase and I was not disappointed. Great communication, from several emails back and forth after I received my order. Marge called me to follow up to be certain we were squared away and to let me know they were sending out an extra dry pad and another bottle of my ink at no charge. Both shipments from California to Florida were really fast too.

Best service in a long time

I ordered again from this company and when I got my order I realize the mistake and contacted the company and they jump at the opportunities to fix the error and ship out right a way the product I needed. I will continue to order my stamps form them. If you want a company that stand behind their product go no farther and order here.
