Rubi are Top

Ordered a Rubi TX max tile cutter from a supplier and it arrived with damage from the courier so had it exchanged - 2nd one arrived not damaged but needed to be refitted together - Had a video call with Darren and james and over the phone we assembled the unit and he also gave me great advise - This is great customer service and would highly recommend this company

Compré una cortadora tz 1300 en una ferretería del centro casa marcus y venía con defecto, un balero del carro de arrastre no gira y cundo haces presión para un corte un brazo se mueve lo cual genera que el corte salga mal o todo quebrado, muy molesto estoy con la marca

Mangelnde Haltbarkeit

Ich habe mir die DCX 250-1250 zugelegt. An und fÌr sich ein gutes GerÀt mit guter Schnittleistung. Leider sind mittlerweile alle Stahlteile an dem GerÀt verrostet. Entweder war der Lack nichts wert oder der Stahl hat keinen Rostschutz erhalten. Eigentlich nur ein optischer Mangel, lassen sich aber die eingelaserten Skalen fÌr die Winkelverstellung nun nicht mehr gebrauchen. Und das bei einer nagelneuen Maschine nach nichtmal zwei Jahren.
Ich habe mich an den Kundenservice gewandt und um Ersatz der Stahlteile zum Selbstaustausch gebeten. Dies wurde abgelehnt - man könne nichts machen.

FÃŒr rund 2000€ Anschaffungspreis hÀtte ich mir eine bessere QualitÀt aber vor allem einen besseren Kundenservice erwartet. Die ÃŒbersandten Bilder sprachen ja fÃŒr sich. Und das bei einem ProfigerÀt fÃŒr den "intensiven Nasseinsatz".
War leider ein teures Lehrgeld, die nÀchste Anschaffung geht dann zu Gusten von Gölz oder Husqvarna.

Great saw but can be messy
.

I bought this saw as a step up from the usual decent rated diy type that I’ve previously used. It’s definitely a marked improvement in build quality and design and cuts very well the tiles and stone I’ve been using so far. I like the fact that the guide actually clamps firmly in to place! The only reservations have are:
The clamp cannot easily be slid off the table and needs to be dismantled first
The water tray has to be tipped to remove for cleaning and so pours water all over. Not a huge issue considering the saw doesn’t prevent used water going everywhere but still a niggle.
The measurements in the table are soon obscured by marking from the tiles being fed into the blade.
One positive mention must go to the supplier as their service was excellent.
Overall, I’d buy again if needed.

Service client terrible

Service client terrible. Cela fait trois semaines que j'essaye d'avoir une réponse concernant une dimension de disque introuvable sur le marché. Aucun support et moqueries au téléphone quant à mes questions. Je n'ai pas compris la raison d'une telle condescendance. Il s'est avéré que le disque en question n'était plus produit depuis 1 AN. 3 semaines pour trouver la réponse alors que mon travail était à l'arrêt! La somme payée n'a toujours pas été remboursée! Quel disque prendre à la place? Où le trouver? J'ai fait plus de 10 magasins en Belgique et aucun n'a de piÚces de la marque. Réponse du service client "Vous n'avez qu'à chercher" en rigolant Je demande s'il y a une page où l'on peut avoir la liste des distributeurs rubi en Belgique pour au moins appeler à l'avance et demander "Bah non c'est quoi cette question" me répond le service client toujours en se moquant
En fait, chez RUBI quoi qu'on demande on est pris pour un abruti qui dérange et qui devrait s'estimer heureux qu'on lui adresse la parole....Bref aprÚs 6 ans à travailler avec cette marque, je mets leur DR-350 à la poubelle et je ne veux plus en entendre parler

"Pésima experiencia. Compré un recambio para una máquina Rubí descatalogada bajo su asesoramiento técnico. Me enviaron una pieza que no encaja y, a pesar de que el error es de su catálogo de equivalencias, se lavan las manos. Ni dan solución técnica ni aceptan la devolución de un producto que no sirve. Un servicio post-venta que deja al cliente tirado tras el pago. No recomiendo comprar recambios aquí si esperas que se hagan responsables de sus errores."

"Como profesional, confías en Rubí por su supuesta calidad, pero su servicio de recambios para máquinas antiguas es un desastre. Me indicaron una equivalencia para los tacos deslizantes,una pieza descatalogada, la tr600 de rubí que es físicamente imposible de montar. Lo peor no es el error técnico, sino la negativa a dar una solución o autorizar la devolución a través del distribuidor (Comerc Turró). Si vuestra máquina tiene unos años, preparaos para que os vendan piezas inútiles y no os devuelvan el dinero."...

No dais solución a las máquinas antiguas, pero vendéis los repuestos erróneos para seguir facturando a costa de personas que no pueden acceder a máquinas más modernas.

Lamentamos que hayas tenido esta experiencia. Cuando se trata de recambios para máquinas antiguas o descatalogadas, a veces pueden existir diferencias entre versiones que hacen que una equivalencia no encaje como debería. En cualquier caso, entendemos la molestia cuando una pieza no sirve para el equipo.
