Unfortunately, your non-response has only confirmed how poor your customer service has been.
After I left a review, you asked me to contact you directly, which I did. Despite this, I never received any response from you.
Requesting contact and then failing to reply is both disappointing and unprofessional, and does nothing to resolve the issue raised.

Zeer slechte onderneming
Zeer slechte onderneming. Onderdeel gaat kapot en ze sturen je letterlijk van het kastje naar de muur. Cowboy tegelzetshop uit Groningen kan niet normaal communiceren en bij Rubi Benelux sturen ze je van het kastje naar de muur. Ze geven elkaar de schuld en laten jou achter met een kapot product.. zelfs de lidl heeft nog betere voorwaarden.
Voor mij nooit meer een product van Rubi.

Rubi 1200tx, a good sturdy cutter, easy to see when using. Some springs had come out and had to reassemble when arriving. Equally has good as my tz 1050

un outil performant mais notice à revoir.
12:08/2025 : je reviens remonter ma note suite au contact avec Rubi France qui m'a donné la méthode pour démonter les plaques. J'ai pu ainsi enlever la poussière de carrelage accumulée en dessous et rendre le TR Magnet à nouveau performant. Toutefois, je ne mets pas 5 étoiles car il est regrettable que la notice d'utilisation ne donne pas la méthode pour démonter les plaques.
01/02/2025 : Très déçu par le coupe carreau TR Magnet de Rubi qui coupe en virgule une fois sur deux. Même avec la molette Extrême 22. Même en ayant nettoyé soigneusement le coupe carreau. Même en ayant fait le trait avec un appui régulier tout du long.
Dans le meilleur des cas, la virgule est petite et on la rattrape à la meuleuse mais, souvent, tout le carreau est foutu. Le vendeur m a répondu que "tout dépend de la qualité du carreau".
Bref, un outil limité a du carrelage haut de gamme.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre expérience avec le coupe-carreaux TR Magnet n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Chez Rubi, nous travaillons chaque jour pour offrir des outils précis et fiables, et vos remarques sont très importantes pour nous.
Il est vrai que la qualité et la dureté de certains carreaux peuvent influencer le résultat du coupage, notamment avec des matériaux très techniques ou des grès cérames de grande dureté. Cela dit, si le coupe-carreaux ne garantit pas une coupe régulière malgré une pression constante et l’utilisation de la molette Extreme 22, nous comprenons parfaitement votre déception.
