Cashed out for $708 on the bonus sign up and they only credited $25 dollars and took the rest. They didn’t even put the rest in my account to play back. Read the fine print before you sign up or play on their site. I won fair and square and they took the rest. I understand I should’ve gone over the fine print better. I really needed that money for medical bills coming up. But live and learn I guess. Don’t recommend at all, unless you put money in. They only credit up to $25 on free spins. If you sign up don’t cash out even if you win $1000s, you’ll only get $25. READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE OR THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER! They state only $25 credit for free sc. So God help you if you win a major or grand jackpot on the sign up bonus or free sc.

So far, it is a great platform with lots of game providers and seem less gameplay. I really enjoy the live chat customer service feature and the cash back bonus feature. I have yet to redeem but if that goes smootnly and without delay I will not hesitate to increase my rating to a pretext score.

Won $140, tried cashing out 3 times now and they keep returning my winnings back to my game account. I tried emailing customer support and it’s been 4 days with no response.

1 visit 2% hit ratio 3 sad faced and I was out lol. Shortest and weirdest experience I have ever had. 1,2,3 and out. I joined the casino less than an hour ago, picked up the $54 coin package and in my last 40 $1 spins I won .20¢. They don't have a place you can check the spin history so I went to customer service and explained I had just joined and wanted to make sure I was right in my hit % being at 2. He verified it and gave me a sad face emoji and tried to explain game volatility. I thanked him but explained I have been playing for 40 yrs and was familiar with the term. Explained it was my first visit and wanted to play a bit to see if it would be a good fit for me to put into my rotation but at a 2% hit, that was way out their even on a high volatility game, and I wanted to be sure I was correct before I made another deposit. He gave me another sad face and said I had lots of gc I could play. I thanked him but said I don't play gc. He gave me another sad face, and I closed my account. I am a 58 yr old man not a 14 yr old boy breaking up with his girlfriend lol.

I requested a refund of the $28.88 I made in purchases after RubyChips repeatedly refused to honor my redemption of 135 SC.

The explanation they gave me was that my banks kept declining the redemption. According to RubyChips, three major banks – Regions, Capital One, and PNC – all rejected the transaction. I find that explanation extremely hard to believe.

Anyways, they did at least give me the refund of $28.88. Interestingly, my bank had no issue accepting the refund, despite supposedly not being able to accept the redemption.

After issuing me the refund, RubyChips went ahead and permanently banned my account. They also banned my account I had on their other casinos SweepJungle and Zumo.

The first redemption was quick. I wish the rest were as quick.

I have played on many sites. I have to say that RC is in my top 3. Great games and fast redemption. If you want a site to try, this is top tier.

They only can pay out on visa and when you cash out they want all kinds of pictures of you and your cards and then they just disappear and never respond. If you reach out to customer service they just say they are working on it.
