The best dumbbells I’ve ever used. So well built and easy to change the weight and take in and out. I have nothing bad to say about them.

I was recently in the market for some equipment for my home gym, and came across Rug and Rig Fitness. Their pricing was very reasonable, and Lawrence was outstanding—he answered all my questions and gave great advice on the setup.

When I made my purchase decision and decided to pick-up the equipment from the warehouse, Lawrence personally helped load it into my car. One piece didn’t quite fit, but he quickly arranged a local delivery for the very next day. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free.

I also had to do a refund on some items due to a change of mind, and the process was also smooth and pain-free.

If you're after good quality gym equipment at a fair price, I’d definitely recommend checking out Rug and Rig. Excellent service and great value!

You wouldn't know it but there is a set of adjustable dumbbells in that room. There must be. I've been asked to write this review so I am confident those dumbbells are in my gym somewhere.
One of the finest features of this item is the stealth technology employed in their manufacture. It truly is a marvel of modern science; giving the illusion of space and significantly reducing the possibility of theft.
That said performing incline press with these dumbbells can be challenging. I spent 45 minutes attempting to locate them in order to get through my strength session but never managed to find them - though the additional cardio generated by a strenuous search was a welcome addition to my training.
In fact after experiencing this novel training method I am considering setting myself up as a fitness influencer and personal trainer to promote my new fitness program.

And when, in the future, interviewers ask me how I came up with the concept for my globe-spanning empire of seemingly empty rooms that are actually gyms; I will assume a humble expression and reply 'It all started with Rug + Rig. They deserve the credit. I couldn't find their dumbbells but somehow - they found me'.

Just so you know - the dumbbells did eventually turn up but the company should really pay more attention to their communications. Automated messages soliciting reviews prior to delivery can lead to misunderstandings and precipitate reviews such as the one above.

Good dumbbells though.

Easy to order and super quick delivery. The adjustable weights are easy to use and take up very little space. You do have to be very careful that you don’t drop them and I can’t yet speak to their longevity.

Great product and great service

Rusting started a couple of weeks after purchase. The plastic parts sound like it may be challenging to keep itself for many years. I am hoping to use this product for next 5 to 10 years.

Quality gear prompt delivery

The product is awesome adjustable dumbbells 2to32kg easy to use and saves allot of room in the home gym.
It just took 8 days before getting sent on a courier so waiting for an email from seller was a little late coming .
All worked out just didn’t inspire confidence .
