Training and Recovery
Delivery - Needs work, my bike went missing but I found it 75kms away in a Parcel Depot and then had to pick it up from the depot.
Air Bike Premium - Good solid bike seems to be made well and easy to assemble. Some foot straps for the pedals would be good and with the 3/4" thread for the pedals they are not easy to replace as most Air Bikes are 9/16" or 1/2". Overall the bike will do what I need it for after major knee surgery.

Adjustable Dumbbells + Stand…
Bought the adjustable dumbbells + stand at a very competitive price vs the competition. Turned up Xmas Eve and are excellent quality.
Apart from a bit of a comms issue early on, customer service was solid.

Service was impeccable
Service was impeccable. I ordered our skier Saturday afternoon and received it on the Monday. Its a fantastic addition to our gym providing an overall workout. Price out matched other fitness companies without compromising on quality. Easy to use. Definitely recommend Rug and Rig fitness

Great quality weight plates
Got the coloured bumper plates, weights were shipped quickly, they had a nice matte tone to them, they felt good and look good. 100% makes me stronger than regular plates

Early days but impressed with quality of product. It's comfortable to use and feels similar to a regular dumbbell. Quick delivery with product well packaged and was easy to assemble the rack.
