Ordered a rug through Amazon. Evri delivered it. Rug is abysmal quality, Thin, flimsy, cheap quality childish design and colours, unlike the actual photos. Got a return QR code from Amazon but 3 Evri collection points refused to take it saying it was too big for them. They can deliver it but not collect it! Tried to return using Evri large parcel return service yet it still tells me it has the same size restriction of 120cm length, even for courier collection?? So how on earth am I supposed to return this item? To make matters worse, Rugs Superstore expect their customers to pay return postage! So they expect customers to purchase blind having not seen it in person, sends them an overpriced abysmal piece of no doubt far Eastern made tat, then punishes customers further by getting them to foot the return postage costs. Needless to say, will no be using them again.

Received a rug that was different to the listing - seller insisted it was the same rug, I had just taken the photo from the wrong angle!!

They refused to pay return postage costs that amounted to £43.

My daughters dog was in the photo that I sent of the rug I received and they said they might not be able to accept a return if my dog had been near the dog, as they would be unable to resell the rug!

I was told that I had 30 days to return they then said that was wrong it was 14 days fur returns despite there being laws that govern online selling,

The sender became increasingly rude during our communications.

I definitely would not use this company again.

Awful quality rugs, and even worse customer service.
Bought a rug from this company on Amazon.
Within two weeks the rug starting to come apart on stitches
They were quick to arrange a collection but then argued that the rug got damaged during the return transport so they are not willing to refund.
Luckily Amazon see through scams like this and forced the refund.

So all these scammers managed to do was get them selves a load of bad feedback which I wouldn’t of done had they just refunded me

Well going by previous reviews I must be very lucky. I ordered a rug on Thursday afternoon and it was delivered on Saturday morning. Very well packaged and I found the quality of the rug really good. It looks and feels lovely in my conservatory. Personally , I've nothing to complain about and I'm very happy.

Don't but from these scammer very bad attitude the 2nd rugs now and they have been rejects I'm not leaving at that and being scammed by rugs superstore I want to speak to the CEO of the business and I will be taking it further outrageous what you did today your disgusting for a business that sells on amazon & Ebay unprofessional and asking me to change my review and you'll send me a replacement or refund how dare you

Product received was nothing like Product advertised, completely different colour and texture.

Want to return this but have been advised that we have to pay the postage🤬

Tried to order from this company 3 times. Each time they cancelled my order as their stock was wrong. When I finally managed to find something I wanted, it’s arrived and it’s faulty. There is more material of the actual rug than carpet backing which means it’s riding up on the floor all the time. I’ve tried everything to get it to lie flat and it wont, explained this and just told I should give it more time but then also told that my return window has run out. After going back and forth told me I can return it but I have to cover postage, absolutely no way I’m paying to send a huge rug back to Ireland it’ll cost me more than the rug it’s self. Contacted my card company and completed a charge back !!!

This company sold me a damp smelling rug then called me a lier sent it back as requested but not paid me back yet had rug back 24 hours now I will not buy anything from the rug supermarket again very poor customer service and very smelly rug not trustworthy at all in my opinion

That company is a total disaster, needs to ask PayPal to step in as they didn't want to give a refund for 2 rugs being paid and never send it, only send 1 after opening a claim with paypal. And still didn't want to give the rest of the money. waiting to solve case with help of paypal

Bought rugs coloured ochre.They sent mustard. Returned rugs and requested postage I paid, but they declined stating the correct colour sent. They have now stopped answering my email. Quality is also very poor. Stay away?

Ordered a rug through Amazon on Friday, it came on Wednesday via Hermes. Neatly packaged and does the job! Very low prices too!

This is the 2nd Rug we have purchased from this company very pleased with both purchases rugs are both well made at a reasonable price and can t fault the very quick free delivery we will purchase all our rugs from this company in the future and definitely recommend them to friends and family

We have bought three rugs in the last couple of weeks and all have been excellent quality. Delivery via Royal Mail in two days. I had reason to use their on-line customer service and I was very impressed. They were extremely helpful and friendly and also answered immediately.
I would highly recommend using this company as they are also excellent value for money.
