Hi Joanne, thank you for your feedback. My apologies about this, I recall speaking with you last week and sorting this out for you. I have just checked and the status of your order is now marked as delivered. We have not had any further feedback from yourself to say otherwise, so I hope you are happy with the rug you received. Any issues, please feel free to get in touch again. Kind Regards, Rug Traders.

Ordered two kitchen rugs

Ordered two kitchen rugs. The rugs arrived in good time and are exactly as shown on the website in terms of colour and pattern. Feel they are good value and very pleased with them. Would use Rug Traders again.

outstanding personal service

Excellent service from rug traders, especially Gemma. She personally found the rug I wanted in the warehouse and put it to one side for me. Ordered on Thursday, delivered the following Tuesday. Amazing personal service, would highly recommend.
Thank you very much!

Rug traders were very good to deal with

Rug traders were very good to deal with , unfortunately the delivery company lost our rug somewhere in transit . Rug traders were very good trying to sort this out and kept us up to date throughout. Unfortunately the rug didnt turn up and it was the last one in stock.

Thank you Lynne for your patience with our courier whilst they investigated the circumstances, I have emailed you an update on the next delivery date that the rug is due into our supplier. Just incase you still haven't found an alternative elsewhere in the mean time. We appreciate the time you have taken to leave us the positive feedback. Thanks again. Rug traders.

Worth the wait

The rug finally arrived in great condition and looks perfect in our lounge.
Gemma worked hard to resolve the initial delivery debacle and for that I am grateful. Good opportunity to review communications with your delivery partner to ensure any delays or lost items are dealt with smoother.
In any case, very happy with the final product and may be back for more.

Great product I mean great

Great product I mean great - if I had been in when delivered (saw the delivery van but was too far away n he did not try my neighbours who would have taken my parcel in) which is not your fault - I would have received it two days after ordering as it was had to wait from Friday to Monday but the sheepskin rug is far better than I had in my minds eye

Thank you Deborah for taking the time to give us your feedback. We have passed this onto the courier company that we used for your delivery. We are glad that you are happy with the sheepskin though.
