It’s been very helpful for me to seek therapy. I like my therapist but she had no open slots for over a month or so so I had to look up and get new therapist. The person on phone was very helpful. Finding a new therapist was easy. I hope I like this one as much as the other one but more importantly, I hope I have access to future therapy appointment slots

Being able to speak to somebody about the issues you're having in your life is very important. I believe it is truly advantageous for that person to be unconnected to everybody else in your life. They only know you and only you.

It was easy to find a therapist and get started with someone who was a good fit.

I was looking for a NP Psych to review medication with and a new therapist to do IFS work with; I looked at three online services and chose two clinicians from Rula. I am VERY discerning, and I was impressed with both of them and look forward to working with them in the future.

I am disgusted. I chose a therapist with 15 years experience who seemed very compassionate in her bio: Tamara Boyer. She was late to the 1st appt, asked questions while distracted and not making eye contact. When I explained what brought me in she asked for more details on the trauma and I said that I wanted to create more safety before going into details. She was upset that she couldn't fill out her insurance paperwork with enough vivid details and said I should look for a better match. The appointment lasted about 5 mintes. What. I immediately reached out to Rula and I'm waiting 27 minutes to talk to a real person.

Several counselors were presented and profiled, making selection quite easy. Scheduling was very easy as well; available times and dates were shown, making it simple to match my schedule. Follow-up appointments were automatically scheduled, and the ability to edit or reschedule is always easily available.

I am just beginning my experience with Rula but so far I have been pleased. My therapist and my medication Psychiatrist were thourough in their questions to be able to help me. I think I'm on a good course with Rula for improved mental health. They are rated by Forbes magazine as being one of the top online mental health providers.

Signing up, finding a therapist, a date and time was so easy! Rula was great with communication before appointments, reminders and even scheduled follow ups ahead of time so all you had to do was accept. My therapist was very kind, friendly and our communication was very helpful to my decision making and healing process. The experience with Rula and with the therapist were wonderful. I would definitely recommend Rula.

Stella is very friendly (yet professional) and intelligent. She helped me to better understand my problems and provided information to improve the situation in both the short and long term.

I have been a patient with Rula for nearly two years and have been prescribed Zoloft through their providers for approximately a year.

I recently ran out of my medication abruptly. I was previously assured by my provider that if this ever happened, I could simply reach out and request a refill. Despite following those exact instructions and contacting my provider numerous times, **I have now been without my medication for TWO WEEKS.**

I am experiencing alarming physical and psychological withdrawal symptoms from abruptly discontinuing a significant dose of a medication I have been taking consistently.

I have reached out to both my provider and Rula's support team repeatedly, only to be told to continue waiting or go to the hospital if I need immediate medical attention.

**This is genuinely some of the most unprofessional and concerning healthcare I have ever received.** I trusted this company with my mental health, followed my provider's instructions, and have now been left to deal with the consequences of an abrupt medication interruption without adequate support.

I do not currently have health insurance, and being told to seek emergency medical care rather than having my prescription concerns promptly addressed is beyond frustrating.

At this point, it feels as though Rula is more concerned with collecting payments than ensuring its patients receive consistent, responsible care.

I am incredibly disappointed, frustrated, and genuinely frightened by this experience. No patient should have to fight this hard for continuity of care with medication they have been prescribed for an extended period.

**I would strongly caution anyone considering Rula to take my experience into account.**

It was an accident experience with great service and lots of help

Booked therapy appointment for my daughter, she was not able to attend. Was charged $99 no show fee. When a client is booking an appointment. You need to clearly state the penalties for the appointment’s when they’re booking that way there won’t be any misunderstanding or surprises. I had to research the reason I was charged the fee. Unethical and not good business practices.

Was able to connect with a health professional quickly. Information provided was accurate. Scheduling was easy. Insurance process was smooth as well.

So far so good Therapist was on time, knowledgeable and seemed to have a path forward. Good stuff.

Really easy sign up, easy insurance verification and we got a great therapist quickly for couples therapy.. Hopefully the appointments continue to be successful.

I love Rula!! All of the therapist that I had were awesome! They have seen me cry, yell, sad all the emotions and have given me a smile at the end of every session!!

I went to 2 appointments through Rula. Rula encouraged me to add my IEHP secondary insurance and agreed it was a good idea. They proceeded to run the insurance, inform me that after they have identified someone has Medi-Cal they will completely terminate their care without any assistance finding alternative care, and that I was entirely on my own and good luck.

When reaching out for assistance I was told "my appointments weren't cancelled yet" and to pretend all was normal until they were.
