I went to 2 appointments through Rula. Rula encouraged me to add my IEHP secondary insurance and agreed it was a good idea. They proceeded to run the insurance, inform me that after they have identified someone has Medi-Cal they will completely terminate their care without any assistance finding alternative care, and that I was entirely on my own and good luck.

When reaching out for assistance I was told "my appointments weren't cancelled yet" and to pretend all was normal until they were.

Rula have very professional Therapist.

My therapist has been very helpful. Very attentive to our schedules and always keeps me up to date on any changes. She’s awesome!

Rula is easy to use. It is efficient and allows one to set up an account and create a portal, where they can then take a mental health assessment and immediately see those results. In addition, one can book, reschedule and cancel appointments with their provider.

Although Katie had a series of questions she had to ask, she made sure that I had to opportunity to share with her many of my concerns and stories.

Awesome first experience and am looking forward to using Rula going forward! Thank You Rula!

Rula straight up sabotages my medication treatment by not following my medical records to my provider, and their support cannot help me. Without this resolved, I cannot continue my treatment. My provider also isn't offering a way to exchange the documentation through separate channels. As a result, I wasted money and weeks of time to establish a connection with the provider via Rula that I now need to throw away only because Rula decided to troll me and lock me out of treatment.

UPDATE:
As you can see below, Rula replied, "We would appreciate the opportunity to connect with you, please provide your info".
Make no mistake: it's been one week since I provided the info they requested, and Rula still hasn't reached out. And it has been almost a month since my medication was sabotaged by them at this point.

I found the provider I chose to be very professional and kind. I used the Rula site for days reviewing the different clinicians to try and find a good fit for myself. The site is easy to navigate and I am very pleased with the therapist I chose.

I was able to get an appointment quickly with the person of my choosing. Everything went smoothly and was a positive experience.

They have excellent providers that can meet each personal need for mental health therapy

Make it very easy to pick someone that interests you and choose the correct person for you.

I was matched with an incredible therapist, Sylvia Petitt who helped me during a very difficult time in my life. I was going through a nasty breakup. We worked together using EMDR. I learned why I didn't love myself and how to love myself. I learned about co-dependent behaviors which resulted in me picking the wrong relationships, both love and friendship. Now I set boundaries. I don't care whether I have a man in my life. If it happens, ok. If not, I'm good just being me with myself. She helped me to change my entire perspective and to value myself and what I bring to the table in all my relationships. It was a pivotal point in my life and Sylvia played a vital role.

Easy convenient and it’s just what I needed

I was looking for a therapist and came across this Rula services very helpful and easy took less time and effort I would recommend this service to anyone

My therapist stood me up for our therapy appointment. Rula is now trying to charge me a cancellation fee for a therapy appointment I showed up to. When I contacted customer support, they assured me they'd remove the charge-- instead they pushed it through to my credit card an hour later. This has been the worst therapy experience I've ever had, not least because I never actually received therapy. This is a scam, not a service.

Amy is amazing , easy to talk to and has a very calm demeanor, but funny all at the same time

3 different providers did not show for appointments. Terrible site.

So happy with my therapist. He listens to what I need to say and gives helpful suggestions.
