The race was well organised and directions were easy to follow

Booked a race through Let's Do this for the Run Through 10k in the QE Olympic Park on 22nd Nov. Email confirmation, but no race information provided prior to race day. I turned up on 22nd to the address given in the email confirmation and ran around the whole park, but there was nothing there.
No phone number so cant find out what's happened. Used the email provided, but had no response. I came all the way from Devon! Someone needs to give me a full refund and compensation. This is appalling. Im running a race every weekend and know 100s of people who run race in my club. I shall be passing on how poor this organisation is.

Alton Towers 10K 🎢

My first 10K since 2018!!! Great fun. Well organised event and good fun raising money for a well-deserving charity.

Lots of entertainment and freebies on the day. You also get exclusive access to the rides for the event only!! Which meant only 5 minute waits for some rides!!

I found the Fulham 10K a fantastic well organised closed road event with a flat fast route perfect for a PB race. I run for Clapham Pioneers and we had over 35 runners taking part and will definitely be back to take part next year.

5 Stars all day of the week - Experience, service, and support

Absolutely brilliant race. The organisation, the location, the support from spectators and fellow runners is the best EVER.
This was my 3rd year participating in this event and I've already committed myself to next year's run.

Ran Run Alton Towers (10k) and I couldn’t rate it any higher.
Such an amazing event with brilliant staff, great vibe, challenging but very enjoyable fun route and the park was fully open until 6pm which was amazing.
It catered for the whole family.
Any issues they responded fast and everything was detailed and informative.
100% recommend Run Through and Run Alton Towers is a must!

Do not book with these guys Alton towers run this week was an absolute nightmare

They only sent 1 ticket for 2 people and it happened to lots of people we demand a refund

Not received one of our tickets for a run tomorrow, no contact and no phone numbers to call. My wife and child now can't attend even though paid for... Not good enough.

My 1st RunThrough 10k At age 63 and what an excellently organised event the Gainsborough Morton 10k and half marathon turned out to be with great contact and information leading up to the day and very friendly staff and volunteers to support the runners of all ages. I managed 10k under an hour and cannot wait to enter more events

Terrible carpark organisation at Tatton Park for the half marathon. I joined the queue on Warrington Road just before 8.10, with the SatNav telling me I'd be at the destination for 8.13. it took FIFTY minutes to get into the carpark, which was 9am and plenty of people behind me in the queue. As I left the car, the marshall said we had 4 minutes to get to the start line. I was still walking to the event village when the front runners came through, so no time for a warm up, just a quick wee then straight to the back of the runners. Fortunately I wasn't there to aim for a PB this time, but it was a really disappointing start to the day when I'd left plenty of time to get there. Runners who were being driven there were leaving the cars to walk the last bit, but as I was driving I couldn't do that. The park is beautiful and the route is great, the course marshalls were excellent. I don't know about the event village as had to leave straight away afterwards. No marshalls supporting mass exit of the carpark, but every driver followed the "let a car in" principal wherever two lines joined, so whilst it took 25 minutes to get off the field, it still felt better organised than the entrance.

I have ran 5 runthrough events this year, they are always well organised, plenty of support with marshals and other runners. Got another on the 23rd of November can't wait. Bug shout out to all the volunteers who without their support there wouldn't be any races.

Communication before the event was first class, race number collection well organised and volunteers good. It was my first 10k and thankfully a good experience.

Love run through events, have done a few this year. They are well organised with great event villages, good routes and well served aid stations. Always got a good buzz too.

Great organisation and love the early start

Cannock Chase running festival (October 25).

Access to race parking was a disaster - I arrived with over half an hour to spare but didn't actually get into the car park until 5 minutes before the race was due to start. Parking itself was very difficult because there were very few spaces left. This left no time at all to warm up.

Rushed to bag drop, friendly lady said race start had been delayed because of parking problems. Headed down to loo when race klaxon sounded, so I had to sprint 200-250m up a hill to join the back of the race, and then had to work my way through to reach my normal pace position.

On race completion, I went to pick up my free parking voucher (as advertised in race info) and was told that it wasn't free and was merely 30p (!) off a fairly steep charge of £7.30 - so £7 parking for approx 1 hour of parking. I did the Cannock event twice in 2024, and there were no issues parking and no charges.

To top it all off, I ended up with a 2 week strain injury due to the lack of opportunity to warm up.

Every time I book a race the price has increased again, some half marathons are nearly £50 which is ridiculous.
Each race I book I contact them to check if there’s dogs because I’m scared and I only book ‘dog free’ events. But every time I turn up the event villages have more dogs than spectators because they don’t enforce it, I’ve started trying to avoid run through events and look elsewhere.

This was my first race ever and I was a bit nervous and unsure. The staff and volunteers were friendly, helpful, and supportive. They cheered and encouraged every participant at every turn. I was one of the last ones to cross the finish line and, despite it being cold and dark, they continued to cheer me on and made me feel safe. I’m incredibly grateful for their support, it made all the difference. I’m definitely going to run in future events.

In der Woche vor dem Lauf fehlte es mir an Informationen, z.B. wo und wann kann man die Startnummer holen, gibt es eine Gepäckabgabe? Wertsachen? Ich fand auch nirgends Angaben, wie viele Verpflegungsposten gibt es? Nach wie vielen Km? Alles andere war perfekt. Die Strecke ist fantastisch, sehr gut gekennzeichnet, die Organisation grossartig. Ich hatte mich zudem unterwegs verletzt und ich wurde top betreut. Vielen Dank an alle Helfenden, Sanität und Arzt. Ich nehme nächstes Jahr gerne wieder teil und werde euren Lauf weiterempfehlen.
