Fantastic event
Fantastic event, there were three races on at the same time and all were staggered in such a way that running traffic was not an issue, also the MC was a key part of the experience and kept people spectating engaged

An enjoyable day round the track!
I was not sure how I would feel about running 11 laps for the marathon, but this was really enjoyable! Great water stations with snacks and gels if needed - the marshals were so friendly here! On the way round the course there were smiles, cheers and "well done"s too! I would like to come back and try the half out in February. It didn't affect me as the ladies loos didn't have queues when I needed them, but a male running friend was not able to use the loo before starting the race as the queue was constantly too long and he ran out of time. I can imagine that wasn't comfortable, and so a suggestion to bring in some portaloos I am sure would be very welcome by runners!

Hello Michael, I am glad that you had a good experience at our event. As you know, we have currently paused our pacer set-up as we are reviewing how we are working with our volunteers. We are hoping to get this back up when this is feasible! If there is any other feedback that you would like to give us, then please don't hesitate to email us. VERY POOR SUPPORT
Booked a race through findarace.com Order reference: c08547f2f7 for Finsbury Park 10k on 30th Nov. Email confirmation, but no race information provided by run-through prior to race day. I turned up on 30th and had to register manually. Given bib 2580 and ran the race but apparently run-through didn't put me on the system and although there are pictures of me running and finishing, my name didn't appear on the results list.
No phone number so cant find out what's happened. Used the email provided, but had no response. I came all the way from Brighton! Someone needs to give me a full refund and compensation. This is appalling.
First and last time I will use the expensive and poorly supported run-through organisation.

Finsbury Park 10k
Finsbury Park 10k. The organisation was okay, people helping and race officials were nice and welcoming. Course came up substantially short though and I’d travelled over 100 miles to target a 10k PB. I guess these things happen, but even so, this is a basic of an event and as much as I’d like the time I ran to be my PB, it definitely isn’t. Not totally wasted, the event would have been nice if that hadn’t of happened, but it did, hence one star.

Run Through increasing their prices... AGAIN
Once again Run Through increasing their prices. They are massivly over charging on events that shouldnt cost as much as they are charging. They have ruined the event i loved doing every year and since they took over a couple of years agao its just been another money grabbing event they can utilise!! Hate the company and now boycotting any event they organise just out of pure spite. I know wont make a difference but will make me feel better.

Hello Andrew, apologies for any inconvenience in the pricing of our events. We have to consider venue costs, staffing, infrastructure and other event pricing when charging for our events. We want to make them as affordable as possible, without making a loss on our side so we have taken true consideration when going through costs per entry. Naturally there will be some inflation over the years due to increases in prices across the board, but feel we try to be as fair as possible. If you have any other feedback then please do send this over to the contact you have with us and please reach out should you need any support on payments.

Very well organised event
Very well organised event, very efficient and great atmosphere. Only thing to possibly improve would be the catering, it was a shame that the venue’s café was not open – there was just one burger van and a coffee van. Other than that though, a fantastically well organised event.

Excellence
The challenge with organising and delivering excellence is that you have to keeps your standards up. Sunderland 10K was no exception. Great event and ran as smooth as expected. Staff were helpful and cheery with marshals around the course very encouraging.

They advertised a low price
They advertised a low price, but as soon as I started booking, the cost jumped up over 10% plus with unexpected fees. Very misleading and a waste of time. I wouldn’t trust or recommend this company.
Update:
After a review of the situation with customer service, I understand it to have been a genuine website error at the time of booking.
Run through events and team are always well managed and make sure you have fun and memorable day.
