Very happy with everything Rachel Hicks did for us, she worked hard and didn’t give in fighting our case all the way. It’s been a struggle but I know if my husband would be pleased with the outcome and would want to thank Rachel for all she did for us.

Our case took about 8 years to reach a conclusion and a postivie one at that. Throughout the long process, our Solicitor at RWK Goodman, Sophie Angwin-Thornes, ensured we were always kept up-to-date on any developments, informed us of what was required of us and when to keep it moving forward, was patient and extremely supportive in explaining the judicial language and as a result it always felt like our case was in extremely competent and capable hands with it never feeling like it wasn't important. We cannot praise Sophie enough for her support in getting us to a successful outcome.

We used RWK goodman as our conveyancer and were not happy with there slow replies and multiple mistakes, it was common for them to reply days later often on a Friday so you couldn't respond and would then have to wait another week for information, distinct lack of updates and multiple mistakes throughout process.

Ainara and the team have been brilliant from start to finish, being clear with everything from the outset and helping me to achieve a successful outcome which has helped myself and my family gain some closure on a distressing case. I would highly recommend RWK Goodman.

Keeley had the utmost professionalism and care for our case which was very emotionally exhausting with many complexities involved but her knowledge of family law was very reassuring and supportive throughout the case. I used this company for a simple deed of release. They tried to charge additional and excessive fees throughout after winning the initial business. I documented my complaints about Angela Gregson at every stage and they never accepted any responsibility whatsoever. They were unapproachable, unhelpful and slow at all stages. Our whole deal fell apart due to RWK’s handling of the situation. Now having to complain via the legal ombudsmen that significant time and cost.
