We take patient safety and urgent medication requests extremely seriously. Your review is inaccurate and does not reflect the facts of this case.

Our records clearly show that you placed the order directly with us and that it was processed promptly and in accordance with standard procedures. Despite your subsequent use of abusive and inappropriate language toward our team, our staff remained professional at all times and continued to handle the matter correctly.

Your claim that the medication was not returned is incorrect. Our system confirms that the prescription was successfully returned to the Spine at 09:22 on 15 April 2026, with the following audit trail:

Nominated Release Request successful — 14-Apr-2026 16:32:46
Dispense proposal return successful — 15-Apr-2026 09:22:51

We firmly reject any suggestion of wrongdoing. The prescription was handled correctly, and the allegations made against our team are unfounded.

We also note that you have changed multiple previous 5-star reviews to 1-star reviews and have continued to send inappropriate messages, including mocking and harassing communication toward our staff. This behaviour is unacceptable.

As a result, we have removed you from our service. We ask that you cease further contact with our team. If you wish to continue receiving care elsewhere, please ensure your nominated pharmacy is updated accordingly.

We are fully prepared to provide the complete audit trail should this matter be formally reviewed.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and have flagged your review internally for further investigation.

We have recently received a number of one-star reviews from individuals who we have been unable to verify as patients. In some cases, when we request further information, we do not receive sufficient details to confirm a genuine interaction with our service.

Update: No supporting information has been provided. If you are a competitor or a former employee, posting reviews intended to defame a service is both misleading and unethical. You're not a patient of ours, you are clearly not responding with your name or order number and keep leaving reviews on different names? your last review was liam smith now it is Jo smith?

We can see this is clearly a new account made and you have just reviewed us without any information provided or even a patient of ours.

To help us investigate your concerns properly, we would appreciate it if you could provide additional information, such as your order number and more details about the issues you experienced with delivery and customer service.

We take all feedback seriously and would welcome the opportunity to look into this and resolve any concerns for you.

You’re absolutely right that bank holidays can sometimes cause delays, and we understand how worrying that can be, especially when an order is marked as urgent. While we do our best to stay on top of all requests, higher volumes around these periods can unfortunately impact dispatch times.

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your message, and please accept our apologies for the delayed response. We were closed for four days due to the recent bank holiday.

After reviewing your account, we would like to clarify the following:

A clarification email was sent on 2nd April 2026 at 21:34 (GMT), to which we did not receive a response.
Tracking details were provided on 3rd April 2026 at 11:34 (GMT), again with no response.
A further tracking email was sent on 7th April 2026 at 21:34 (GMT) confirming delivery, with no response received.

Our records clearly show that our team contacted you on three separate occasions. These communications were sent both prior to and during the bank holiday period. While we understand your concerns, please note that we are unable to control closures during bank holidays.

We would also like to clarify an important point regarding your prescription. The prescription in question was approved and sent to us on 30th March 2026, not on 16th March. The earlier date refers only to a reminder notification for you to place an order if required. As per standard procedure, it is the patient’s responsibility to request medication via the app or NHS app following such reminders.

Your order was processed and dispatched accordingly, and tracking information confirms that it has been delivered.

We have also cc’d your GP into this correspondence for full transparency.

Additionally, we would like to reassure you that we have been operating for over ten years and remain fully committed to providing a reliable and safe service. It does not benefit us to provide inaccurate information, and we have retained records of all communications sent. If needed, we are happy to provide copies of these emails.

We kindly ask that you review your inbox, including your spam or junk folders, for our previous correspondence. If you are still unable to locate these emails, please let us know and we will gladly resend them.

For future orders, we recommend placing requests at least 7 days in advance, particularly around holiday periods, to help avoid any potential delays. If it is urgent in between you have a dipsatch now button which you're aware of as you pressed this before on the 3rd of March 2026 and you got this ordered delivered for free the next day on the 4th of March 2026.
