What can be said about Ryan? Providing so much value for courses/mentorships that typically cost 10k, he is providing for a fraction and spending some time preparing others for the road ahead. A guru with a heart and definitely one to follow and learn from. He has niche expertise in the valuable Service Accommodation business. I was lucky to come across him. With access to Ryan gives you mentorship and and a group with fellow mentees. It is a no brainer. His teachings are clear, practical and honest. An expert in his field. Worth every penny. Definitely recommended 1000% credit to the property investment sector.

The content is up-to-date and easy to digest. He is honest about the processes and emphasises that you have to put the work in; it's not a get-rich-quick process. I typically appreciate how he advocates for ownership, which has helped change my mindset and direction.

Wow. I have been searching for value for months. So many Guru courses out there some are great and others, well make your own mind up. One thing they have in common is high prices, they all seem to range from £4k to £25k no exaggerating when I say that.

Just finished Ryan Luke’s serviced accomodation course. It’s full of useful info that has given me the confidence and know-how to start my own SA business. The content’s broken down into bite-sized chunks, so it’s super easy to follow and rewatch if needed. Definitely worth checking out if your looking to get into serviced accommodation.

I recently completed Ryan’s online serviced accommodation course and was genuinely impressed. Easy to follow and value for money material

Being mentored by Ryan was an absolute privilege. The amount of knowledge I gained while working with Ryan set me up to start my own business at only 24 years old. The support from Ryan has continued even now, nearly 5 years on. The experience was invaluable and has allowed my business to thrive in a constantly changing and difficult industry. Ryan is very adaptable to change and keeps up to date with industry trends, so I feel lucky to have him to look up to and learn from how he adapts.
