Booked a scaffolding tower in advance - failed to deliver on the planned day so it was re booked in for the following day, failed to deliver this day also! No communication unless I called them, they... もっず芋る

Ordered a 6.2 m platform for a job no tradesman would to take. Tower went up very easily ( instructions online). Very stable which allowed excavation of masonry and replumb. Well exceeded expectations... もっず芋る

An excellent company

An excellent company. Easy to order excellent customer service. The scaffold tower I ordered is so good and very safe. I am 68 years old and have bee painting upstairs windows on a tall house. I recommend this scaffold tower

Ordered scaffolding from sab supply this was my first time brilliant customer service and nothing was to much trouble placing the order online was extremely easy and arrived on the agreed date also came nice and early as well and on top of that price was extremely good as well

Appalling service out of pocket due to


Appalling service out of pocket due to them not being able to secure the item required with their agents and it not arriving for people to complete work. Manager was very unhelpful would not rate or recommend at all .

Good Afternoon, we accept we have let you down on this order, we placed it via a local supplier who let us down and our team tried every option to get the correct equipment on site ASAP but couldn't do so on this occasion. Our manager offered a delivery next day or a full refund and a full refund was opted for which has been processed. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
