Extremely disappointing experience.

We instructed this firm to assist with my partner’s immigration case and were given assurances that everything would be handled properly, including after the Home Office refusal. Unfortunately, we felt those assurances were not followed through, and when we asked for answers, we struggled to get clear communication or meaningful support.

As we were unable to proceed with the service as expected, we requested a refund. However, we were offered only £400 back from the total amount paid, which included the application and other associated costs.

This has been an extremely stressful experience, particularly during a very difficult time for my partner. We have now been advised to make a formal complaint.

Based on our experience, we would not recommend this firm.

They guys took £1800 from me The worst solicitors in the UK, Sabz. They take your money and don't do what you want. They don't reply to any emails. They are the worst solicitors in my life—please stay away, guys, from these scammers.

I had an asylum case that had been ongoing for almost nine years. Unfortunately, my previous solicitor almost ruined my case with poor advice and a lack of progress. There were constant delays, administrative issues, and repeated refusals, which made my case increasingly complicated. I became extremely frustrated and felt like I was just waiting with no hope of moving forward.
After doing some research, I came across Sabz Solicitors and noticed they had excellent reviews. I booked a consultation with Mr. Bilal Baber, who explained everything so clearly and thoroughly that I immediately felt confident I was in the right place. Without hesitation, I transferred my case to their firm. At that time, my case was at the appeal stage.
My case was then handled by Miss Shabnam Mughal, and I can honestly say she is the best solicitor I have ever dealt with. She managed my case with exceptional professionalism, care, and dedication. She treated my case as though it were her own, and at no point did I feel alone or unsupported. Whenever I contacted her, she was always available to answer my questions and provide guidance. Her knowledge of asylum law and attention to detail gave me confidence throughout the entire process.
After such a long and difficult journey, my appeal was finally allowed, and the Home Office did not challenge the decision. I will now be granted refugee status. I am absolutely over the moon.

This is the 3rd time we have used the services of Sabz Solicitors and on each occasion the service has been excellent. The first two occasions were for the 5 year Family visa route applications and the third for the ILR application. On each occasion a different solicitor handled my wife's application, the last occasion being by Mr Faheem Hasan for the ILR application which was granted yesterday. Each of the solicitors handling my wife's applications were very professional, knowledgeable and made the whole process easy to follow. We highly recommend Sabz Solicitors.

Raiyana Patel from this company helped me secure a Spousal Visa for my husband of 4 years to live a normal married life with me. The process from the UK Home Office is and was difficult but with the patient assistance of Raiyana despite my sometimes frustrated rant about the system he is now home

These people are scammers, and they will scam you. As soon as you send them the upfront payment, you will never hear from them again.

I submitted a bid to the resolution team on the 13th of March, in the time since we filed independently AND received a successful visa decision, and we have still not heard from the resolutions team about a refund. This organization works slower than the actual UKVI.

Paid upfront 3k under the agreement of aid in filing fiancé entry and a future spousal visa (1500 each). But due to the mismanagement of our case, we decided to terminate our working relationship and file the fiancé ourselves. They have refused to refund us any of the retains despite holding money for two visas, neither of which we filed with them.

Our case worker never communicated with us. We filled out our questionnaire; I sent her an email asking for clarification on a few pieces of evidence and did not receive a response for over two weeks. We tried calling our case worker and were told she was not available and would call back, never called back. My fiancé had to go to the office in person for our case worker to care about noticing us, to which point she replied to my email using the wrong name. Evidently in two weeks our case worker did not even look at any of our paperwork. That is the ONE time we EVER heard from our case worker in the entire duration of our case with this organization.

I will add that when my fiancé went physically to the office, the workers there attempted to gaslight him into thinking it was our fault our case worker was allergic to working because we hadn’t sent the evidence documents over. Oh… you mean the evidence I emailed you seeking clarification on two weeks ago that you refused to answer, and dodged all our phone calls over? Absolutely disgusting treatment, they want to be paid to upload and nothing more.

Raiyana Patel Was absolutely amazing I highly recommend using her, she’s very knowledgeable in everything she done for my husbands spouse visa application. The communication was also very spot on. Honestly guys if you want a good immigration experience go with Raiyana Patel. I am very happy with my new life I can have thank you for everything you have done for this to happen. Much appreciated I will be coming back when I need a renewal as I know it’s in amazing hands. Thank you once again

I used sabz services for my spouse visa application to the UK. The caseworker was rude, didn't disclaim any information, made mistake and was careless with me. Taking in consideration I've paid 1.5K for their services, they should have least make an effort. But they're as caring as a Mac Donald's employee on their last day of work
