SAE Group レビュー

All communication during pre sales to installation was excellent. The installation went ahead seamlessly and the co ordination and instruction to notfiy the energy provider made it so simple.

Thank you

From the initial contact with the sales team all the way through to the system being signed off - the process was smooth and efficient. The installation team were always very polite, punctual, listened to my thoughts and cleaned up each day. Have recommended to others. This was the second system installed on our roof to compliment the existing system. Using same brand Inverters, we were able to marry up and configure through the energy portal the two inverters to give a total consumption, balance and feed in of energy.

I can't recommend SAE Group more highly, very professional from sales to installation. The staff could not do enough to help with every step.
Installation teams are professional in all aspects in doing the job.

Great communication and on time, very nice people and fantastic electrical team.

From first call , Craig was sensational. The installers were prompt ,neat and tidy and very helpful. I highly recommend SAE Group

After considering various solar quote from a wide range of organisations, Damian provided the relevant information with regards to the 13kw/32 panel system that I requested. The system had the best inverter of all of the quotes which was then further enhanced by the timely installation. Everyone gave me a 4 week plus time limit. However SAE was able to have my panels installed within 2 working days of confirmation. Corey and his crew of
Installers where highly professional in their conduct and worked in a timely manor given, especially in the arduous conditions. Corey and his team went above and beyond and SAE should be proud.
Great job in the office aswell Holly.
It’s not too often you get what you payed for before and after, there was no chasing up or beuarcratic holdups. Job done well and on time.
Much appreciated. Happy to recommend SAE over any other agency.

This is our second solar system installed by SAE. This time a Tesla Powerwall was included.
Quality workmanship and good communications. There is a wait for Tesla batteries and this was clearly communicated. In the end it turned up in advance of the date given.
Our old solar system is now 4 years old and no faults despite being in a high salt environment.
I did my own research on inverter brands, panels and mounts. SAE was happy to accommodate my preferred brands.

SAE were prompt, really friendly and service minded. They made me feel like ‘the one and only’ customer and installed a quality system without friction. I also felt like they were transparent and honest in their quoting and price structure.

We were impressed at how quickly our 6.6 system was installed and how quietly and efficiently the contractors worked who installed it. We are generating 40kw plus per day from day one. more than was quoted in the submission we received from SAE Coffs Harbour

Upon SAE winning the bid to supply and install our solar system, we found SAE faultless with their service that they provided. A representative from SAE contacted me and asked for a time that suited me to meet and discuss the process ahead. He turned up on time and ran through every step with me, we worked out a time for a measure up and an install date that suited my work commitments..
The installation (carried out by their own installers and own electrician, NOT contracted out) the contract and payment process were all trouble free. I received support and friendly advice from a team of people from SAE from start to finish.
I will not hesitate to use the services of the SAE Group in the future, and would recommend them without reservation.... A job well done.

Purchased Sonnen battery. Staff friendly, helpful, efficient

great service with helpful staff and kept me informed all in and working thanks

Very professional and helpful team from sales through to installers. SAE installed our solar system and more recently a battery system. I'm very happy with both systems which are performing very well.
Thanks team.

Really great service all round. Staff know what they are doing and are very responsive. The system was installed efficiently and is working well.

Tinguy was amazing, efficient and very informative, the job was done beautifully and I am extremely happy with the whole kit and kaboodle of the service from every aspect. i highly recommend SAE for all your solar needs, can't recommend them highly enough.

From the start of our experience withSolar to the finished product was very professional.Office staff. Sales rep.And the two hard working installers Arthur and Drew were a pleasure to have on our propety absolute gentlemen who weremost obliging.Restored my faith in real tradesman

I waited 10 months for the installation after accepting the quote due to a long delay in roof repairs after hail damage to my house. SAE continually followed up with me on the progress of repairs. Finally when repairs were completed, SAE acted quickly and the solar was installed soon after. This is the second solar installation I have had from SAE and I can only speak highly of the 2 installation teams.

From sales (Tyson) to installation (Arthur & Drew), to admin (Nikaela), the experience was seamless. We were kept informed every step of the way.
We would highly recommend SAE as they are very professional and they do as they say.
Very happy.

Highly recommend SAE for solar equipment and services. They have installed two systems for us now and everything is working as promised. Chris and his install team were great and office support is responsive.
