Anja is a gift of a safari agent!
I cannot recommend Anja highly enough. From the very beginning, she was thoughtful, thorough, communicative, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made the entire planning process feel seamless and exciting, taking care of every detail so we could simply look forward to our dream trip.
Then, just days before we were scheduled to leave, our world was turned upside down when my mother-in-law was unexpectedly hospitalized and placed on comfort care at the end of her life. We immediately canceled our plans to be by her side during her final days. It has been an incredibly emotional and shocking time, one where I could barely think, let alone navigate canceling and rebooking an international trip.
Without hesitation, Anja stepped in and took care of everything. She worked tirelessly with the airlines and our safari lodge to recreate our entire itinerary on new dates, handling every detail on our behalf. Knowing we could rely on her during such a difficult time was an immense relief and an act of kindness I will never forget.
Anja genuinely cares about her clients, and that compassion shines through in everything she does. She goes far beyond what I ever expected from a travel advisor, and her professionalism, dedication, and empathy are truly exceptional. I don’t think “thank you” will ever be enough for everything she did for us.
If you’re looking for someone who will not only plan an incredible trip but also be there for you when life takes an unexpected turn, Anja is the person you want in your corner.

I'm holding your family in my heart and I'm so glad the trip is still ahead of you. The Greater Kruger in early October is extraordinary, with the bush dry and sparse and wildlife gathering around every water source in a way that feels almost cinematic.

Easy booking
Candis Cloete was wonderful to deal with in guiding me through this booking. I was representing our group of 4 friends and she arranged for individual payment, answered all questions, and made currency conversions, etc.
Also, pleasantly surprised with perks- complimentary eSIM cards and cancellation insurance.

The Sabi Sands in late May offers some of the best game viewing you'll find anywhere, with the dry winter bush making it almost impossible for wildlife to hide. Those open-vehicle drives through that landscape have a way of delivering moments you'll be talking about for years. Hi Paul, the Kruger region in May is something else entirely, with the dry season thinning out the bush and drawing wildlife to the rivers in ways that feel almost theatrical. It's clear you know what you want from a trip, and that back-and-forth only ever sharpens the final result. Waking up to hippos and elephants right below you on the Sabie River is the kind of thing that stays with a person long after the trip ends.

Darren was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout our trip planning process. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional, consistently going above and beyond to answer our questions and provide thoughtful recommendations.
What impressed us most was his efficiency — he was able to put together a highly competitive and detailed proposal within a very short timeframe, demonstrating both his expertise and commitment to customer service. Darren was patient, attentive to our requirements, and genuinely invested in helping us find the best possible itinerary.
Although we ultimately chose another provider due to a package that better suited our budget, the decision was by no means a reflection of Darren's service. In fact, his level of professionalism and care made the choice a difficult one.
