I had an amazing experience with Safa travels for my Umrah pilgrimage. Qasim Shahbaz handled all my bookings and queries and he was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The ground transport provided was excellent and safe. The hotel bookings were as communicated and the response time for any queries was very quick. My parents and me were very happy during the entire trip. Thank you Safa travels and special thanks to Qasim.

This company is fraudulent. I paid for a 4 star hotel in Medina. They ended up placing me and my family in the cheapest of room of a hotel that would barely pass 3 star. Dirty sheets...bugs...broken furniture...fire alarms going off day and night to name but a few. Safa then claimed they were doing us a favour by placing us closer to Masjid al Nabawi and further claimed that the 4 star hotel they booked, cancelled last minute. As an investigative writer I looked into this claim only to find they made no such reservations. To add insult to injury Safa then Produced a reservation slip from another 4 star hotel as proof that they had tried to provide an alternative hotel, however, this also proved to be false, as the hotel in questioned claimed that Safar made reservations then refused to pay which resulted on the hotel cancelling. I will be writing a detailed piece on this for publication shortly and will contact Safa for their comments. I would, in the meantime urge any of you seeking to visit Mecca or/and Medina to stay clear of Safa as they are, unfortunately a group of shady individuals only interested in maximising their profit at the expense of those seeking nearness to the Prophet.

Alhamdulillah had great experience of umrah with Safa travel. Safa Travels is a right choice especially for those who want to gather their families in one place from different countries.. We had a smooth and easy trip, it was planned well, drivers were well behaved. Flights and hotel were arranged perfectly.
Sir Zain is a man of good professionalism with excellent management skills. I wanted some changes at the last moment and all my wants were fulfilled. Ma sha Allah he is a highly recommended manager.

Our August umrah package was amazing! I want to specifically mention Muhammed Zakria who was the agent responsible for handling our package; he was compassionate and understanding and worked tirelessly to meet all of our requirements. I was handling a big group for this trip and Zakria did a fantastic job in reassuring me throughout. He also made sure that the itinerary was organised in a timely manner, he actually cared for our safety and checked up on us during the trip, that is something extremely rare to find in many travel agencies. Great service!

The trip from beginning to end felt super surreal and it was incredibly spiritual.

Our travel consultant was Muhammad Jamshaid and Alhamdulillah we had a very smooth trip everything went according to plan I highly recommend travelling with this agency.

Alhamdulillah had a very blessed journey all 12 of us. Amazing experience. Appreciate what safa travel did for us. Texting us everyday to see everything was going well. My mum specially loved everything. The hotels were close to haram and masjid nabawi. Transport was good nice big coasters. JazakAllah to you and all your team for making it a special experience for us. May Allah give you barakat in your buissnes.
