Great pricing , fast ship, first class customer service. I will buy from again !!

Just received my 1 oz Gold Buffalo from Safe Haven Metal. Very pleased with the coin...flawless condition with beautiful luster.
I contacted them when I thought I had not received the indicated follow up with tracking information. They responded immediately in an email and live phone call.
I was quite impressed with the speed and personal attention. And turns out the email had been sent, but my email program had diverted it to the spam folder.
They do not accept as many forms of payment as many of the other metals companies, but beyond that I can only say good things about them.

Customer service and quick response times are unprecedented. Personal text, emails and even phone calls are the icing on the cake with, the cherry on top! I'm looking forward to receiving my third order from Art and Luke and may update this.

Safe Haven Metal and "Art" who works there, in particular, are awesome. They were actually the 5th silver buyer I'd contacted (the 1st 4 either weren't personable or seemed outright predatory!) but Safe Haven not only gave me the best price but I could tell by just a phone call they had integrity and weren't going to try to shaft me somehow! They made the whole deal(I sold them 5+lbs of old silver coins) easy, and I got my money quickly, wired to my bank account! Driving away, my wife said to me, "Well that was kind of fun... Art was a genuine nice guy. I loved his jokes and stories (he told us while we counted it all out and completed the paperwork).
What more can I say? Btw, be sure to ask for Art!

I feel it's necessary to let potential customers know how awesome this company is to deal with, which I don't find to be the case at most metal dealers today. I've had the pleasure of working with Art and Luke on many occasions and find them extremely helpful and accommodating to customer needs. I have purchased metals from Safe Haven on six different occasions, and I always find their prices to be the most competitive.

I've found Safe Haven Metal to be excellent to work with. Safe Haven Metal has helped me with a gift order (best to do this by phone if you are not shipping to your home/billing address and to another individual). In particular, Safe Haven Metal has provided outstanding help in arranging for precious metals investments for two self-directed IRA accounts I have with STRATA Trust. Luke is the staff member who has been tremendous in providing this assistance. I strongly recommend Safe Haven Metal, especially if one is looking to invest in precious metals for a self-directed IRA!!

Had a fantastic experience at Safe Haven Metal. I had coins to sell and was not very familiar with the process, so I was obviously a little nervous. I worked with Luke and he walked me through the process. Not only did I get a great percentage on spot price for the common coins, but Luke also took the time to make sure I got a good price on any of the rarer coins that were in the collection. I highly recommend Safe Haven Metal and Luke in particular.
