For executors, SafeKept provides a guided dashboard to systematically close an estate, notify financial institutions, and track every outstanding response until the estate is fully settled. For professionals, SafeKept provides dedicated portals for solicitors, accountancy firms, and funeral homes to manage client estates at scale - collaborating on shared cases, sending institution notifications, and reducing the administrative burden on bereaved families. For banks and financial institutions, SafeKept provides a structured digital notification channel that replaces the fragmented phone calls and paper letters that make up most bereavement correspondence today. We built SafeKept because modern financial life has never been more complex or more digital, but the infrastructure for closing an estate has not kept pace. Over 568,000 deaths are registered in England and Wales every year. Each one creates an estate that needs to be administered.
