Ho comprato un braccialetto Tennis a settembre 2025 e si è già rotto.
Troppo sottile e delicato, il prezzo non vale la qualità del prodotto.

EDIT: dopo aver contattato il servizio clienti, mi hanno inviato un nuovo braccialetto gratuitamente, essendo in garanzia 12 mesi. Molto gentili e reattivi

La pulsera tal y como esperaba. Preciosa.
Envio rapido. Era un regalo. A la persona le encantó.
Recomiendo totalmente.

Ich habe zwei Armbänder bestellt. Leider ist bei einem Armband der Kordelverschluss so weit gewesen, dass das Band immer locker war. Am Ende wurde es leider beim Sport verloren. Das andere trägt sich fest, sieht sehr schön am Handgelenk aus und ist beim Kraulschwimmen auch dabei.

Jeg bestilte et par produkter inde på deres hjemmeside. jeg fik dem inde for de 5-7 dage som de lovede og er meget tilfreds med produkterne. Dog var der lidt bøvl med at finde ud af sporingen af mine pakke for jeg havde ikke fået sendt noget på min mail ud over en ordrebekræftelse. Jeg skrev derfor til Sailbrace og de svarede samme dag og gav mig et link. Lidt forvirring men et firma du kan stole på med godt kundeservice.

Confezionati bene, molto bella la bustina e la dedica sul retro. Spedizione veloce, arrivati prima del tempo. Nessun difetto. Allacciatura semplice e regolabile.
Dalle foto sul sito sembrano molto più grandi e infatti li pensavo così, invece sono molto sottili e piccoli, questo li rende eleganti e minimal, anche se io li avrei preferiti un pochino più evidenti soprattutto per l’uomo. Peró bel materiale e soprattutto il colore brillante. Spero durino e non si sgualciscano subito sembrano molto delicati.

I bought the item on January 9th and paid the quick delivery service (4-7 business days). Today February 2nd I still have not received it. A few days ago I inquired by email about the status of my order. I got no reply whatsoever. Very disappointing service.

My bracelet unravelled after 2 days wear. I've emailed them twice, and filled in a contact form via their website and they won't respond. The bracelet itself was really lovely. I would have wanted a replacement not a refund. Really disappointed as I loved it. UPDATE: they didn't reply to the email but today (13 days after my email) I recieved a replacement in the mail as promised. Thank you Sailbrace. I have updated the rating to reflect this.
