Ship was great, but the cartonage ist always a letter - the nice postcards and the package of the braclets always comes destroyed ... thats is sad the postcards have a good design to show up

My bracelet unravelled after 2 days…
My bracelet unravelled after 2 days wear. I've emailed them twice, and filled in a contact form via their website and they won't respond. The bracelet itself was really lovely. I would have wanted a replacement not a refund. Really disappointed as I loved it. UPDATE: they didn't reply to the email but today (13 days after my email) I recieved a replacement in the mail as promised. Thank you Sailbrace. I have updated the rating to reflect this.

Packaging de regalo muy caro en relación a la calidad...es una cartulina doblada. Además, me llegó aplastado.
Al venir con una pegatina encima del cartón tan débil no pude abrir y comprobar si la pulsera estaba en condiciones antes de dar el regalo a la persona. No me ha gustado la respuesta del equipo respecto a esto. La devolución la pagas tú mismo por lo que si no te va bien al final te sale mejor quedártela....
En general, calidad precio caro para mí.
