Easy to use website and delivered exactly as promised

Excellent service - I would defer order again

I was a regular customer of Sailing Chandlery and contacted them today about the Price Promise they advertised on their site. I had shopped around and found a Harken Vang Complete for the ILCA almost £80 cheaper in the UK and available, their website said 'Made to order'. The person I spoke to (In the business prevention department) advised they had no stock and would not have any for 2 weeks, Ironic they are 'on a boat'; and to price match would need to be identical, given the mix of lines available on their site probably not identical, but asked if they could look.... 'Send me a link', clearly didn't want the business. Decided to not pursue any further and go elsewhere and will do the same with my future business. I don't understand why businesses talk to their customers with attitude, its not necessary.

Very helpful and efficient delivery as well

Purchased a 6:1 downhaul for my ILCA and was very impressed with the quality of the splicing and the video that showed the various purchase options (6:1, 8:1 and 10:1) made it very clear what the individual benefits were of each system, enabling me to make an informed choice. The product arrived quickly and was securely packaged. Highly recommend this company.

They had in stock the parts I needed, competitively priced and rapid delivery can you ask for more? 5*

Ordered the bits on Tuesday, arrived on Thursday with free postage and had a 10% discount code. What's not to like. :-)

We visited with our son and bought some clothes for him. The service was friendly, the prices were good, and we were given a discount too. Everything was neat and tidy, and we were happy with our visit.

Spoke to a real person over the phone, very helpful resulting in my purchases.
Will definitely use again if I require any other items for my boat.

I received the ratchet block as ordered and promptly sent

Quick , accurate, well priced , and a free packet of sweets !!!
Excellent 🤙

I placed an order and it was delivered on the day promised.

Fast efficient service.
Good value products

Prices are always competitive. Delivery is always very quick. I often place orders after sailing at the weekend and I always get my items in time for the following weekend's sailing.

Great to talk to a sailor who understood exactly what we wanted, agreed a really sensible price and dispatched a perfectly numbered sail the next day, in good time for a major event. Absolutely brilliant service

Brilliant quick service. Good advice and exactly what I wanted and needed. Highly recommend.

We needed to do some urgent repairs to my daughter’s Laser ahead of a race at the weekend - Sailing Chandlery had all the parts (and fixings), at a good price and got them to us fast. Great service!

Easy to navigate website and prompt delivery; competitively priced, especially when taking account of postage. Would definitely recommend.
