Sailing Chandlery レビュー

I ordered dinghy parts for our club boats which I required urgently and Sailing Chandlery ensured they were delivered by noon the next day to Northern Ireland. They exceeded my expectations and I felt we had a partner helping us.

No-fuss quick delivery. Good pricing and accurate stock notifications. Topper sailor's birthday present arrived in plenty of time, thank you :)

Having somehow provided an incorrect address for delivery it was quickly and easily changed without problem and subsequently the order arrived, exactly what I wanted and at a fair price and quickly delivered.

good selection of boat components and speedy delivery. 3 required blocks are perfect for new kite hoist system.

Very prompt service, free postage , good quality and price!

The website was easy to navigate (ha ha no pun intended!) and I found what I was looking for quickly and without any fuss. The I made an error in my email address so, naturally, the confirmation didn't arrive. I phoned and the call was answered quickly, by a real, very kind and helpful person, who corrected my error immediately and confirmation arrived before I put the 'phone down. I will certainly use this chandlery again for my online needs. Such refreshing service in an AI dominated world.

Really useful website with information about the lengths of rope needed for my dinghy. Easy to order, helpful when I called with a question, and swift delivery. Thank you!

From receipt of my order to despatch was really quick. 5 star.
Unfortunately courier is Royal Mail, and I'm still waiting to receive my order. 0 star. RM say parcel not lost but stuck due to lack of staff for delivery!
The items were needed for this weekends sailing, too late now.
Other couriers usually deliver on or ahead of time. Time to change courier?

UPDATE - following my visit to RM sorting office on Saturday 8th, the staff were exceptionally helpful and promised to look for my parcel on Monday 10th. They did and delivered it to me immediately about 10.00 on Monday, ahead of all other deliveries. Can only compliment the local RM staff for their service.

Great company, quick shipping and has everything you want.

Quick delivery, money off voucher and the boots fit great

Excellent selection of items, as a new laser sailor sailing chandlery has been able to provide me with all the little bits and pieces needed to bring my used laser up to scratch.
Excellent customer service, great delivery, 100% would recommend

Super efficient company. Very clear website. Speedy delivery and great quality product. Would definitely recommend! Thank you

Everything as described, complete and on time :-). New trolley wheels transformed my experience, making it much easier to manage the boat on land, during launch and when returning land and bringing her in. :-)

I wanted some cord to replace the deck lines on my kayak. Sailing Chandlery came up with suitable 6mm line which was dispatched and received by me within 24hours. I would definitely shop with them again. Thanks.
