Good morning Edward,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry to hear your order has not yet arrived, unfortunately this is the first we've heard about this, and we have had no previous correspondences with you to try and solve this before you left a review of our service.
We have now looked into this for you, please accept our apologies that on this occasion Royal Mail has taking longer than expected. The tracking is showing that it has been received by your local sorting office so we would expect this to arrive with you very soon.
If there is anything else we can help you with please do not hesitate to contact us.
