Your Euro to Pound exchange rate is awful. I noticed a £100 difference for 900 euros compared to another exchange service, which I chose to use instead.

The service felt very personal, received a phone call to confirm what denomination I wanted. Arrived late, lady very kindly waited and was very pleasant. 10/10

When my husband asked for the best rate, the cashier said 1.10 euro to the pound. He asked if there was a better rate either nectar or online. The cashier replied that she didn’t know and did not offer to check. He said he would check online which he did and he instantly ordered them at 1.14. He went back to the cashier who did not acknowledge he was standing in front of her for around 30 seconds as she was reading (she knew he was there). She said the order had not yet arrived so he said he would do some shopping then return. Around 20 minutes later he returned to be told he needed ID, he had not been told this at the outset and if there, he had missed this online. He had another bank card with his name on but this was unexceptionable. He was told to return once he had ID. In his opinion the cashier was curt and her customer service skills need improvement. He was at no time rude, he got the impression she did not like the fact he had purchased a higher rate and she could not be bothered to help.

It wasn't great! I usually order online, but would have had to wait 4 hours. Went to Sainsbury's and the price quoted for 120 euros was £3.53 more.

Ordered the currency online, it was ready within an hour, straightforward collection, best rate in town. Will definitely use again.

Online transaction to order was easy enough but nowhere to ask or specify for lower denomination notes. In store collection service was average, looked like we’d interrupted him playing on his mobile when collecting and couldn’t hear a word he was saying.
