Loose cash
Ordered one day, got a text ready , went to the shop and a very polite staff member counted out the money ( over £1000 pounds worth ) then handed the money over, when asked about the envelope that you usually get was told you now have to pay for them?.

We're sorry the charge for the wallet wasn't clearly explained. The 25p wallet charge is part of a nationwide initiative to help reduce our paper usage. The charge covers the cost of the wallet, and 40% is donated to Just One Tree, a registered Community Interest Company.

Great Service so Easy!
It was so way to purchase travel money, rates were competitive and I got a better rate for using my Nectar card.
Ordering was easy, confirmation of pick up was quick and the person who served me in the store was friendly and polite.

Ordered money online
Ordered money online, delivery was for incorrect amount (10pounds of currency not 150) therefore do not have currency for holiday. Order has been cancelled. Staff have kept me informed which is positive, but not impressed with the overall service
