I've ordered quite a few t-shirts from Saitoworks now over the last year and a bit, and I can safely say they are some of the best t-shirts I have owned over the last few years.

The quality is top notch, and I love the oversized look to them. The print quality is superb, with one of my t-shirts now well over a year old, and it still looks as good as the day I bought it. The fabric weight and feel is spot on. Not like those horrible thin t-shirts you get from other places, that fade and the print peels off after a handful of washes.

I've also purchased a handful of other items like air fresheners, lanyards and stickers, and again, they are all really well made and fantastic quality. The printing on the lanyard is phenomenal. Love it!

Postage is very reasonably priced, and items have usually all arrived within a few days of being sent. The last order I received was sent in a very nice, Saitoworks branded box. The items arrived in perfect condition via Royal Mail, which when living in the Scottish Highlands is a blessing, as most other companies use the usual, cheaper alternatives.

Right that's enough rambling. All in all, a fantastic company, selling fantastic items, and I will continue to use them for many years to come!

Just wanted to jump on here and say what an amazing experience I had at the new store. Such an amazing escape to a mini Japan filled with like minded car enthusiasts. Jon and the team make you feel so welcome and a huge congrats for creating something so special. Found Saitoworks at Gravity and fell in love with the brand and the quality of the clothing. Since then I have had the pleasure of speaking to Jon and his team at other car events and can honestly say what a lovely, genuine and honest man - true to his brand and so passionate to uphold the quality of clothing. I recently joined a live stream via Instagram where he was generally talking about the brand and was able to show us the halloween tee available for pre order- ofcourse i jumped on this and it was SO worth the wait!

On top of this it was amazing to see how engaging Jon was with the comments, not only was he giving updates on the brand but he was providing customers with updates on orders, providing sound advice to others asking and having a little bit of a laugh at the same time.

Saitoworks is possibly THE BEST car brand out there.

This is a cool location and well done. It's like stepping into a japanese car shop, fun and friendly and the jdm culture side is next level!
Can really see how these guys won the award for best trade stand at gravity because it seems to be done with the ethos of go big or go home!

Always had the best quality, customer service and attitude when I visit the new shop! I’ve always bought from this company and never been let down.
One thing I will say is the only bad reviews are on here because the guy got banned from the shop from speeding away and revving loudly, he’s just annoyed because he’s not getting his own way. Honestly if you haven’t been to Saitoworks new shop get yourself down there!! The experience is unmatched

SaitoWorks continue to provide incredible products across the entire range. I’ve bought all sorts of apparel, stickers, sunstrips, cleaning products etc over the last 7 years and I’ve had zero regrets.

SaitoWorks provides a unique, top tier JDM experience both in person at shows, online and the physical SaitoWorks store!

Genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else for JDM merchandise.

I have been a long term customer with Saitoworks. Everything you're able to purchase from stickers to clothing has always been top tier when it comes to quality and design. With their new shop open I cannot recommend a visit to them enough, it is genuinely like a little escape to Japan and you'll also get the chance to meet the amazing team there.

All items are of exquisite quality and I have never felt underwhelmed by anything I have ordered. All clothing items are very high quality and the car stickers really do stand the test of time through all weather conditions.

I’ve had several message correspondence with the company owner and always found them to be friendly and professional.

I’m always recommending Saitoworks to fellow car enthusiasts and will continue to do so. I cannot wait to visit the store at some point too!

This guy has a serious ego problem. I was blackmailed by the owner to remove my old Trustpilot review in order to just send my package? Like what the hell?

Really weird and unprofessional behavior. And before he mentions the ''spamming of E-Mails'': I sent 3 over the course of 2 days, and you got to give me a break when communication is so lax.

I sent at least 5 different inquiries at the span of 3 months with NO reply from them before that. I literally gave them time to get their act together and now it's almost November (at the time of writing).

While I understood the situation they were under at the time, it has been 3 months now with no communication.

So yeah me sending extra E-mails here isn't exactly odd when I barely got any communication in the beginning.

''Spamming our email multiple times does not help - we have a set process in place, especially after our break-in that means emails are actioned in sequence.

To be honest, unless you remove the Trustpilot review, which is completely uncalled for, I am inclined to delay the process of this, all because you didn't receive an email back within 24 hours? Our auto-response states allow up to 72 hours.

I'm definitely not going to send this order with an outstanding review targeted at me, not what I stand for. You know we've had problems, it's just ridiculous.''

Funny how you first say ''Targeted at me'' and then use ''We had problems''

Very convenient and classic narcissistic behavior.

Targeted at you? It's targeted at your business and the way you handle it. I literally gave you money and didn't hear from you. You are a business. Do not use deflection to justify your lack in customer service.

Does this come across as professional to you? Blackmailing your customers like that?

I wouldn't care as much if this was worth a small amount but I paid a couple of hundreds of pounds here. Using so much money without any answers does make you worry.

Um no? It's a lot of money. And I don't actively want to be scammed. So yeah I do worry about it.

If the inquiry submission ticket system doesn't work phase it out and be specific about it. Finding the E-Mail wasn't exactly the easiest thing.

The guy even had the nerve to gaslight me into thinking ''I rejected'' the package myself when it was never even sent to begin with. The owner is blatantly lying here.

On their website they have a ''processing'' tab under your orders that changes into ''sent'' when the package is done processing. This never happened with my package and I never got an E-Mail or notification about this arriving in my country.

Steer away from this business. It's extremely unprofessional.

If you have a problem don't even bother with their customer service and don't give them money.
Apparently everything they do is 'your' fault.

But sure let the owner damage control with a reply down below my review. You as a customer need to figure out who to trust really. But at least I am not naive to these kinds of people.

Just to stress this point:

He actively threatens to take your money and walk away unless you censor yourself.

The best quality merchandise, a great variety of products and absolutely sound team!

I came across Saitoworks at the Gravity Car Show and their stand was honestly one of the best there. The vibe, the cars, and the people behind the brand were amazing. You can tell they’re real car enthusiasts who put their heart into what they do. Their designs are clean, high-quality, and really capture that Japanese-inspired car culture feel. Definitely one of my favourite brands in the scene! 🇯🇵🔥
