Sakura Knives レビュー

I've used this knife for raw vegetables, meat, and mushrooms. It makes clean cuts (no sawdust). I wish I had known, earlier, how good these knives are.

I'd like the quality of the knife.Hiroshio did a great job.

Knives are razor sharp
Delivered as promised

A high quality knife made by a real craftsman! A rare thing these days. A pleasure to use.

The knives were good enough that I bought a set for my daughter's birthday.

The 3 things that I found important are these: transit time for delivery was relatively quick, considering that these are shipped from overseas. When I emailed Hiroshi a question, I got an immediate and informative response. And of course, these knives are forged in such a way and of such a material as to make them perfect for their intended use.

The knives are excellently made and well balanced. The sharpness of the blades is unbelievable compared to what I had been using, makes me wish I would have gotten these sooner.

They are so beautiful. I want to buy my son a set for Christmas. He and his wife always visit Japan for their anniversary. He speak fluent Japanese. They just travel and stay with friends they made. They would love these!!! I can’t wait to do all my prep with them.

very sharp and very attractive

Very nice knives. Cut without effort. They will continue to be excellent, if they hold their edge!

My entire purchase process was exceptional. Sales info, presentation materials and timely shipping.

Look very nice, we are Decorat

The knifes look good, feel good and they are very sharp. Thanks for a good product.

I bought the knives as a Christmas gift. So they are waiting while they look good in the packaging.

Beautiful set of knives, extremely sharp, incredible workmanship.

The delay in shipment was a concern but turned out to be unwarranted. I haven't had a chance to use them yet but my spouse loves them. So far they remain very sharp. I do follow the instructions to briefly sharpen after each use. I am not a knife expert but the quality seems very good so far.

Got this set mainly for my wife. She's not used to having quality knives to work with. She loves them! I showed this knife set to several co-workers (we are line-cooks at a university) and all amazed at how light they were, yet worked like a beast! 🙂

Your knives provide excellent price value in a well-made and high quality piece of cutlery. That is something hard to find these days, but you did it!

The trucking delivery company wasn’t very communicative. Took almost 3 weeks to receive. That said, I am a professional chef and use them as part of my work kit. They are very comfortable and stay sharp. Highly recommend. Should have got the purple handle ones but the copper is super cool.

The entire ordering process. The set arrived securely packaged & undamaged. With a nice case to store them in. The knives themselves are gorgeous & will be passed down, if they hold up. Pleased with the purchase.
