Stop Stealing Money

Stop raping these kids with insane interest rates. It’s outright thievery. What you are doing is soo wrong on many levels. Adding up interest from day one yet not having to pay it back till after the leave school. There’s truly a special place for people like you who steal our kids monies.

The customer service

We were very fortunate to have Raeleen this afternoon (7/21/26) guide us through the loan application. We made a few minor errors on the application and she expertly was able to guide us in the right direction. She also able to update our emails accounts, added my mother as an authorize contact person and disclosed available scholarships available to me. We spoke to several other customer service representatives in the prior week and the corrections were not made. Raeleen to the rescue. We were very fortunate to have Raeleen work with us today. Please commend her an amazing customer service skills. WE appreciate you Raeleen. Thank you so much!
