We were very fortunate to have Raeleen this afternoon (7/21/26) guide us through the loan application. We made a few minor errors on the application and she expertly was able to guide us in the right direction. She also able to update our emails accounts, added my mother as an authorize contact person and disclosed available scholarships available to me. We spoke to several other customer service representatives in the prior week and the corrections were not made. Raeleen to the rescue. We were very fortunate to have Raeleen work with us today. The process was very easy.

Application was straight forward & simple to complete. Though, it was a hassle to get approved as my co-signers were not “credit-worthy.” Once, we got approved, the process went a lot more smoothly.

Great experience getting me set up with my own account so that I could esign the documents.

My experience was great because it was very straightforward and easy to understand.

The loan application was clear cut and easy to understand. The approval process was very timely! For me, securing my daughters tuition was the number one priority and this all provided a quick solution to a temporary problem.

Personal customer service is critical - I spoke to a representative who walked me through the steps to assure no mistakes were made. Excellent support with a human who could carry on a two way conversation and get me in and out efficiently.

Sallie Mae's application forms can be a little cuckoo as there is contradicting info given within different pages. Also, loan certification is done by the school but form says borrower and/or co-signer has to do it. The telephone customer service is absolutely perfect-Quick response, accurate info, friendly vibe.

Brian answered all my questions and was polite and knowledgeable.

We followed all of the steps, exactly as they were laid out and we kept getting emails (up to 6-8 a day) that said we were missing items or didn't do something correctly. When we went to check (even making phone calls to check), the items being requested/marked as missing, were all there. There is clearly some sort of glitch or AI issue that is not yet fixed and it is a bit aggressive in making sure everything runs smoothly. We are still mid-process, so we shall see how it all works out in the end.
