Failure to contact and discuss alternatives.
Advertized and accepted order for product they did not have in stock. Sent message they reduced order by 66.67% but still wanted full shipping fee. The reason i ordered multiple quantity was to amortize shipping costs .

We're very sorry again for the inconvenience with your order, Gary. We did email as soon as we received your order to advise that this item was discontinued and we only had one unit remaining that we could supply. We also immediately provided a refund for the missing items. Our shipping fee is a flat rate which does not change whether one item or multiple are purchased in a single order.

It is best to source this particular item directly in the US as we are located in Australia. This will also save you on the shipping costs.
