The product was received promptly . My only sense of disappointment was the cost of this which is quite high with the cost of postage added on.

Thanks for your feedback Emmy. We do try and keep our postage costs as low as possible but these costs are constantly rising from the carriers. There are always options to buy in-store or utilize click and collect which eliminates postage costs too also.

We do work extremely fast to process and ship all orders within 24 hours but unfortunately there are delays with Australia Post that can cause delivery times to stretch out which is out of our control but very frustrating.
