They have the most beautiful pieces in customised sizes. They are also very helpful and responsive over WhatsApp! They helped make sure that my mother's birthday gift reached her on her birthday despite many logistical issues. Thank you again Samaaya Jaipur! Will keep buying more pieces from you!

The entire process was smooth and comforting. They make the product based on your customized size and were supportive till the product was received. Material, colours, fit and work are all as promised. Very happy with their quality and customer service.

Samaya jaipur is excellent online platform for plus size ethnic wear. I bought anarkali for familyfunction. It was very pretty dress. Timely delivery. Intricate work all over dress. Highly recommended. Only drawback was they didn't follow measurement form which was attached with order. So I have to got dress altered according to my measurements from local tailor. They should overcome this for future clients.

Everything was perfect from my outfit to the costumer service. When my package was stuck somewhere they emailed the company to ask where it was and got it shipped to me the following day. I had no stress and worries about anything they handled everything perfectly. Will be buying again and should so others. Prices were such a good price especially for how good the quality the clothes were.

So when im about to order.. i texted them that i need dress by this date so they said yeah its possible and i got a dress on time and i love the dress and Thank you so much for this experience. This is my first time shopping with them and i got the best.

This company is an absolute scam. If you value your money and time, do yourself a favor and stay away from this business.

I ordered a dhoti set from this company on Feb 4th, which they promised to ship within a few days. Obviously they didn’t. After multiple calls and my paying extra porter charges, I received the package much later than expected and the dhoti and blouse was NOT as pictured. Attached pictures show how it was supposed to look and you can see that the dhoti didn’t have many pleats and looked awful. The embroidered belt was missing. The blouse didn’t have the same finish at the bottom. There were multiple issues.

After calling the customer care multiple times, they said they would replace the item. So I sent the item and had to pay for return. This was over 4 weeks ago. They said they would dispatch a replacement within the week. It’s been 4 weeks and I haven’t received the item. All my messages to the customer care are going unanswered.

This is an awful scam they are running to keep the customer’s money and not providing any actual service.

Very poor service. They take advance and the order is delayed for 20 days. Pist cancelling the order they hardly pick phone. I am following up since 15 days for my refund, first they dont pick phone and incase it gets thru they have a standard response that the person who is responsible for processing refund is not available. I placed order on 20 feb and today is 24 mar, still waiting for my refund. PATHETIC SERVICES!!

I had a great experience ordering the dress from here and getting it to US. Dress was absolutely gorgeous and super simple to order internationally. They are very responsive on Whtsapp.
