Colours and fabrics as advertised. Happy with the design and colour combination

Outfit just as described, only issue was the tailoring, outfit too big in places, so will now have to pay to get adjusted.
But would order again.

I’m so glad I purchased the Rani Pink & Sea Green Palazzo Set with Jacket (Size S) — it’s absolutely beautiful. I messaged them on WhatsApp to confirm the length would be suitable for my 150 cm height, and they made sure it was perfect.

Their service was very professional, with fast responses and easy communication. The palazzo looks stunning and is exactly as shown in the pictures. I needed it for a wedding in January, and it arrived very quickly.

I’ll definitely be purchasing more soon. Thank you!

I had the most wonderful experiences with Samaaya. I wanted an outfit to reach before a defined date. I placed my order. The staff made sure that I got in on time. I have trouble finding the right type and fit for my body type, being plus size. Samaaya made that easy and delightful at the same time. The pic in their website matches the dress I ordered and the quality is very good. The process and packaging is also very good. If I need to describe in one line. Elegant and classy. Thank you

Had an unexpectedly amazing experience. It was a last minute purchase but the sharara suit was delivered within one day! Best part, it’s even more beautiful than shown in pics! The cloth material was very baad … and the work was pasted and kept coming out from places .. the Latcuns were loosely placed … my entire excitement for this piece went down… I had to wear that pc but then I I had to go and buy fro. Somewhere else..the customer service ppl went on insisting to exchange it and finally stopped responding to my msgs and my call ..: saad part I tried explaining them the reason that material used is so cheap that there was no point … all the conversation happened peacefully.. there was no bad mouthing but still now a 10000/- product is lying at my home waiting for return address … I PERSONALLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING FROM THIS BRAND ..

The ordering was so easy and the customised measuring guide was such a great help. My outfit was delivered quickly, excellent quality and fabulous fit. Really happy and cant wait to wear to wedding

From my initial first inquiry which took two days after placing the order I was taken to the automated message about the hours of operation I was contacted and responded Ede2 by a very helpful employee on WhatsApp. Any questions I had any reassurance as I needed which I needed quite few as I was a bit sceptical within a week I’ve received a very immaculately packed package. Think about six outfits all exactly like the pictures. I’m absolutely amazed and the big sizes are true to size. I look forward to working along with these guys and rocking their pieces, thank you

Worst apparels brand ever. They are not serious about the orders they receive. Its been 22 days since I placed the order. Zero communication. After persistent calls they finally informed 10 days ago the order is dispatched. I don't what planet they have sent my order to. I have paid a huge amount to get this level of service. Now when I am asking to cancel and refund they have turned deaf. DO NOT ORDER. trust me if you have a function or an event do not trust this brand. Very poor customer service and experience.

I ordered two outfits with a request for custom sitching but just received the standard sizing. This was very disappointing as the response was just an apology for inconvenience with no offer of replacement. The quality of product is good and items were received within 4 weeks of order.

This website seems like a scam. I placed an order recently and it's almost impossible to get any sort of response from their customer service for something as simple as a status update on my order. Extremely unprofessional for how much money they charge for their outfits.

Update 13-sep-2025: After mentioning I want to cancel my order and filing a dispute through paypal, they finally responded and shipped out my order. It took 4 weeks from ordering to receive my item, so the timelines mentioned on their website are unrealistic. The outfit is nicely made and the material is good. However, I don't think I would order again from them in the future if they don't fix their communication and customer service. Not worth the hassle of wondering if/when your order will ever show up.

Trying to get hold of this company without success. I have an order in for a wedding I am attending and getting nervous I’m Not going to get my outfits that I have paid for.

The items are beautifully made, even prettier than on screen and arrived well packaged. The fit is true to size. We needed express shipping, but could not choose it upon checkout so put in a note. Samaaya arranged express shipping : no questions asked and at no extra costs. (There were multiple items in the order.) The items arrived in really good time. We have already ordered again. Thank you!

Scammers. Your shipment will never show up, and the reviews are probably fake created by their own people.

I highly recommend Samaaya Jaipur for custom made pieces, I ordered a custom made outfit and the sizing is on point, customer service is excellent! They even went above and beyond to change the outfit to the style I wanted. I can’t thank them enough for creating such a beautiful outfit. Thank you so much for the incredible service and beautiful lengha.
