Great beer, excellent service

Well packed, especially the glassware. Little issue with the delivery from DHL but this is not Sambrook's fault.

Quickly delivered, nothing broken and the beer is excellent!

My order was The Classics Gift Box, so Wandle, Pumphouse and Junction.

Impressed with the level of customer service I received, following an issue with my order. They really went the extra mile to put things right, and seem genuinely to care about looking after the product, and presenting it at it's best. A special 'thumbs up' for the quality of the packaging they use for shipping orders to those of us in distant places outside of the M25. Hope to do business again before long.

Ordered a mini keg of Wandle beer. There was an error at their end in terms of processing the order but they picked it up and ensured delivery was on time for a small reception we were holding. Very good service and very good beer!!

Prompt delivery as usual, perfectly packaged with no damage.

Russian Imperial stout that I ordered was not in stock. I wasn’t told this until someone from the company knocked on my door with two alternatives. Fortunately the alternative I chose is very nice.
