Simply great beer. Great service

This is the second time Sambrooks have delivered beer to my Dad on my behalf, they do a brilliant job. Fantastic beer, reasonably priced and delivered on time. I even had a call from the delivery chap to let me know how pleased my Dad was! I highly recommend Sambrooks every time.

I ordered a mini keg for Father’s Day and even though the delivery notice says 3-4 days, it’s been 7 and I haven’t seen a dispatch notice. I’ve emailed them and haven’t had a response.

So far pretty poor service.

Whilst purchasing a firkin isn’t advertised on the website, once I phone up it was super easy to organise through Mary in sales.

Had a wonderful day at the brewery learning how to make beer under the guidance of John. Had read that John is a brewing legend and this is indisputable. He was informative throughout the day and really friendly, with many funny anecdotes. Would recommend the experience to anyone. Also had lunch in the Tap Room and the food was really nice.

Ordering online was a breeze. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that I wasn’t told when it would arrive - till after it had been delivered! We were lucky someone was at home. The beer itself was very good! Thanks

I am so glad to have gone on the Sambrook Brewery tour which included a tour of the old Young`s Brewery. Highly recommended. Hosted by John Hatch who worked at Young`s for many years and operated the nano brewery on the site. Slice of living history and very informative but done with great sense of humour. Beer token for free beers at the end. Great afternoon.
