Fast and easy service.

Fast and easy service.
A monitor I bought from Amazon broke. The service has been great. I contacted them via chat on the website. 10 min later I had the shipping labels and everything ready to go. I thought I'm going to be waiting months before I get my monitor back after repairs, but it arrived less then a week later.
It was a pleasant surprise.

VERY BAD SAMSUNG appliances purchased at Home Depot

My husband and I went to Home Depot to check just for a dryer since we had bought our washing machine just 2 years before.
Believe it or not the salesman managed to sell us a whole Samsung set insisting to tell us they were the best machine in the world. We got the Samsung machine 4 months ago and they are still in the middle of the house because we were never told they were not only higher in size which we could see but also deeper which forced us to break up not only the wall but also the floor because they could not get in the space of our former machines and since there is a window before there was no other solution.

BUT...!!!! Once we could get a construction worker and a plumber to do the job despite of COVID the SAMSUNG washing machine was not working! So my husband went to Home Depot. We were told that there were often washing machine pump problems with Samsung appliances and we were given the Samsung phone number. We actually noticed that the Samsung phone number was right there on the wall and we wondered why... We now know why since we called the Samsung service center twice... After asking me numerous questions, the second time they told me they would call the next day in order to come 2 days later to repair the washing machine.
We stayed home for absolutely nothing since Samsung repairman neither came nor did we get a call to let us know.
We were so upset that my husband went back to Home Depot because we wanted our money back. Because of the Covid delay the director told my husband that all we could do was to call another phone number to get a repairman... I called and we are going to get one in 3 weeks...
My husband and I are totally disgusted with our Samsung experience.
We certainly feel the Home Depot salesman cheated us by selling us Samsung appliances but we are especially angry at the SAMSUNG company that sells pretty appliances that are are not functioning from the outset. We not only think we should get a reimbursement at least for the construction worker and the plumber we had to pay for but we also strongly believe Home Depot should stop selling any SAMSUNG APPLIANCE.

Samsung Customer service don’t exist

I had nightmare experience with Samsung Canada customer service from ordering to canceling
First I got call that my TV will be delivered Tuesday September 29th between 8am and 2PM
I had to ask my friend to stay at my hose and wait for it. Nothing no delivery.
Same day I called Samsung customer service and asked what happened no clear answer, customer representative by name Gy didn’t provide his last name or employee number I asked, informed me that someone will contact me with in 24-48 hours nobody called me or emailed me.
Call back October 2nd spoke with Oliver again didn’t provide his last name or employee number. I asked to talk to supervisor got refused due to supervisor Eric is working from home and not always can see messages. I asked to help me solve this problem and get the date on delivery no luck. Supervisor never call me back no any corespondents from Samsung.
October 5th called again this time I was insisting on talking to supervisor Eric same story he’s working from home don’t getting all messages, then I asked to talk to someone higher then Supervisor Eric.
October 6th 9:15PM Supervisor Eric called me and after no solution I asked to cancel my order. Eric said ok I canceled your order if you receive delivery by any chance refuse it.
October 7 delivery company called and informed me that have delivery and if I’ll or someone will be home to accept it. I informed them that order canceled please don’t come.
Same day I received email that my order was delivered and invoice was send. I didn’t receive tv and got invoices and charged for it.
Called today and October 8th spoke with Ben and he told me large orders can’t be canceled and supervisor Eric lied to me.
So now no tv I got charged $1800
And nobody wants to resolve this issue.

I would like to get canceled order in writing and full refund.
Otherwise I don’t see other options then just go to police to report fraud that Samsung Canada involved in.

THEY DO NOT GIVE YOUR REFUND

I ordered from the S6 Lite through the Samsung online store and I decided it is not the right device for me.I sent it back and they received it last August 13, 2020. They asked me to wait 1-2 weeks for the refund, and almost a month has passed and they still haven’t processed the refund yet. I already talked to multiple agents and they keep telling me the same thin over and over again. One agent is telling me to wait 1 week and when I check back again after a week, another agent will tell me to wait another 24-48 hours. Up to this day, I still havent gotten the refund and I’m extremely annoyed. They are holding my money for almost a month now. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG AGAIN. THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY

Going back to APPLE.

When I tried to place an order online I have a price and the price changing in checkout and asked tech support and they didn’t do anything about it. They simply say sorry and they don’t respect the price they provide on their website. These products are damaged. Going back to APPLE.

I placed an order last Saturday

I placed an order last Saturday, June 13. Upon ordering the shipping would tale 1-3 business days upon business day order. However, 5 days later, they have not shipped out the order. They keep telling me to wait 24-48 hours, and the same thing next day. I tried to at least cancel my order because it has not shipped yet, but they won't guarantee cancellation either! They said if it ships either mail the package back to them or refuse order, which will have me go through extra hassle just to get that done and the refund back. They should at least allow you to cancel if it has not shipped yet, that's the least they can do for you, but they won't. It's like the customer service is trained to make sure the sale is made no matter what, well for profit of course. The only advantage with them is warranty, but if you're okay without it, buy from amazon because they accommodate your needs better.

In May 2014 purchased Samsung Washer & Dryer

In May 2014 purchased Samsung Washer & Dryer dryer model DV42H5000EW/A3 In September that same year the dryer quit working no operations at all.. I called repair service for warranty work they arrived 3 days later and inspected the unit and were going to replace both the motor and the circut boards not sure which ones were bad. Upon question repairman he said parts may not be in for a week to 10 days. So now i am to be without a dryer for two weeks minimum. I then called the store where I made the purchase and told them I was not satisfied with the dryer.They then offered a loan dryer or possible replacement a replacement sn 0ABA5BBF804577L was delivered two days later. Forward to August 2019 the dryer now does not heat and is out of warranty Had the heating element replaced August 27 2019 and it worked fine until 15 March 2020 and is not heating again I feel there is poor quality in the dryer function as it does approximately 6 loads a week. It should be noted the HEI washer purchased at the same time has operated flawlessly the dryer however is a different story. I cannot be paying nearly $89.00 service call plus labor and beyond that parts every 8 months

CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SAMSUNG IS HORRIFIC IF YOU DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR LITTLE BOX TO HELP!!!

Last year I called to complain that the phone (unbeknownst to me) dialed a second phone number and the the phone conversation that I was having was recorded on the voice mail of a new friend. The phone conversation I was having with my Husband was personal and my new friend gladly played back my personal conversation back for me to listen to. I contacted Samsung and long story short I was told that their was steps to go through to take the phone back to it's original settings...to trouble shoot.... I had taken the phone out of it's protective case and it slipped from my hand cracking the screen... (so much for their wonderful new technology with Gorilla glass) I went to look at repairing the S9 .... an S9 not a S10 or S20 and I am being quoted $330 to almost $500 to repair just the front screen... the screen now goes white and flashes multiple times throughout my day...

I contacted Samsung multiple ways today.... to being ignored on the help chat and Adrianne disconnects me... then I decide to call in and almost 1hr latter being shuffled from department to department to department I finally get a manager in the cell division Genavive and because there is physical damage to the phone I don't fall into their neat little box to assist any longer doesn't matter that my original complaint is documented on their system ... I have never owned anything but a Samsung cell phone since they came out. because I don't fall into neat box for them to help me now I either pay $350 to $400 to fix the screen as they are not offering to help and find out that the damn phone was a dud from get go... doesn't matter that I am a extremely long time LOYAL Samsung user... Samsung does not care about the individual customers that got them to the huge company that they are now... Well my Boys (3) get their wish as I will be now purchasing a IPHONE!! and no longer a Samsung Galaxy future customer.... at this rate Samsung you will eventually loose your client base because if they don't fall into a neat box you don't help!! Samsung will loose their client base one by one. I will be one!! You have already lost my middle Son and my youngest as they moved to I PHONE 2 years ago.... now I am beginning to see why. Good thing I found this out before I had to replace my 4 family TV's !!!

Samsung Canada call center

Although I have several Samsung products and in general have been satisfied. My experience with dealing with Samsung Canada's call center has left me frustrated and has been a complete waste of my time! The agents read scripts. Its as if you are speaking to a robot. A simple question as please provide me with the recommended service centers in my area. I wanted a choice as the first one they recommended has given me the run around for 3 months and my refrigerator is still not repaired. I was transferred to Victor from Executive service and he was horrible. When asked to be transferred to his superior, he told he was the manager and proceeded with ending my call. The rating I would give is not 1 for bad. It's minus 10 for HORRIBLE. Stay away - not due to their products but the horrible service you receive when you end up calling Samsung Canada and dealing with one of their reps.

J'ai acheté le 31 juillet 2019 une smart tv UENU7026KXXC chez but 2 jours après la télécommande HS 15 après le son se coupe , il faut changer de chaîne pour le retrouver , puis se coupe il faut débrancher le courant et cela reviens on est le 4 janvier 2020 soit 6 mois après achat et j'attend la pièce pour me dépanner .
avant d’acheter samsoung regarder les avis car c'est récurant sur leur téléviseur comment une marque peut elle laisser de tel défaut sur leurs tv, j'ai remis mon ancienne tv lg 4K sans smart tv qui marche trés bien sans jamais aucun problème depuis 5 ans et je viens d'achetter une autre lg pour la chambre

SAMSUNG incompetence

Bought a new phone online which qualified for free ear buds ( but try claiming them) after trying to claim I spent 90 minutes on the phone to their so called "CUSTOMER SERVICE" Only to be told to go to the website I was having trouble claiming from. After eventually going around in circles I eventually managed to submit my claim, with all the attachments required, only some days later to be asked to send a copy of my receipt. As it was bought online directly from SAMSUNG I resubmitted my order documents they sent with the phone which included the order number. Days past and another email asking for proof of purchase. After submitting the same document numerous times I've come to the conclusion that this is a con. They are trying everything they can to throw obstacles in the way of fulfilling their promises and have ruined my experience with this company. I will not be purchasing any SAMSUNG products in the future.

Every experience has been miserable and demoralizing. They don't keep any specs on the products that they sell in Canada, despite being Canadian. For example, do you want to know the maximum amount of RAM your laptop can take? Too bad. The model isn't listed on any website, and the people on the other end of the phone or who email you back don't know. I actually had a guy google it while he was on the phone with me, and I had to point out to him that opening up the machine and doing a cursory look at the components would show that no, the first google result of the US model that you pulled up is not the same. Most recently, same laptop, had an issue with the BIOS. Was trying to get a bit of information to do some troubleshooting. Apparently my issue was trying to install Windows on my laptop. I mean, it hasn't had Windows on it in over two years, and I never mentioned Windows or Microsoft in my detailed 200+ word email that described the steps I had already taken to solve the problem, but hey, now I know that if I need any help on installing Windows, I can drive three and a half hours to the only licensed Samsung repair shop in my province. A place that doesn't answer the phone, so I don't even know if they could help. Ended up being a lesser drain of my time and money to just order a new motherboard. God these people are awful. If they held the cure to my child's cancer, I would rather make funeral arrangements than deal with them.

I bought an s7 nice phone went to sell it to get money to upgrade to an s8 only to be told the phone had screen burn a fault well know to samsung as I was assured how come they have not sorted this fault out and why so expensive knowing thier is a fault and customers lose money on them not an incentive to purchase another samsung phone
