Sandblasters レビュー

Made a few purchases through this company and every one has been a pleasure. Always helpful before and after. If they sell it buy it from them as you’re sure to get the back up you need. About to place another order ha !

Great company, great website, got what we needed at a sensible price and it was delivered quickly

Easy order process, well packaged and fast delivery, spot on 👍

Great help on the phone, rapid service.
The blast cabinet is now working as it should :-)

I purchased the pressure washer water pump 5.5hp.
I found the website easy to navigate, the description of the item was perfect and the price was very reasonable.
Quick delivery.
This is exactly as it should be when buying an item.
Highly recommended

I am a blasting novice but wanted a sandblaster to clean up oak beams in my house restoration works.
I spoke to Julie over the phone and got some great advice on the blaster and the media I needed to do the job. She couldn’t be more helpful and the twin tank blaster I purchased was fantastic and I’m sure I’ll pick up lots more work now I’ve got this kit.

We ordered 2 bags of Garnet 120 mesh which was poured into one substandard bag without any product information and was split , when we very carefully unpicked the bin liner it came in most of the sand ended up on the floor

Well what can I say. I what on the website to open a Account. No problem at all. I paid for my order and they sent me a receipt.
Very good service one 100 💯

Regards
Malcolm West.

I bought a product from Sandblasters for about £250 and it started to fall apart after a few months. After contacting customer service I received no reply, so I called and the lady wasn’t helpful or polite. Eventually I get a email response which was to delay the resolution of the issue because the gentleman in charge was going on holiday.
I chase again a couple of times and eventually several weeks later the reply is they cannot help and that I should call the manufacturer.
The manufacturer tells me the retailer should be resolving it. So I return to Sandblasters customer service and despite 3 emails over the period of a month I have still not heard a thing. The silence is deafening. Thank goodness I hadn’t bought one of their products worth several thousand pounds is all I can say. I wouldn’t advise anyone in good conscience to use this company.

Fantastic service and great product
Definitely will purchasing off them again.

Fantastic communications quality products and superfast delivery what is not to like.

If you need help Julie is great and will get back to if she don’t have the answers. Not a lot of genuine company’s about now but you have found one here . Keep up the good work.

Fantastic quality glass chips. Great Communication and very quick delivery. A pleasure to buy from and I will be buying from them again. Highly recommended.
