My husband and I recently commissioned a Level 3 Home Survey from Sanders Cobb Chartered Surveyors, and we were thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the outset, the surveyor was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain the various survey options, providing a follow-up email with additional details and useful resources.

Once we decided to proceed, the process was seamless. The surveyor demonstrated great care in understanding our specific concerns regarding the property, and even reviewed our conveyancing documents in detail, providing thoughtful feedback.

Very helpful, freindly and efficient service. All information regarding type of survey, cost, whats included etc was very informative. Survey was carried out within a week and verbal reporting was within 24 hrs and full written report was sent within a week of the survey. The report was comrehensive and detailed including photographs.

Richard was a great communicator and was always available on the phone to answer any questions, even before we had officially instructed Sanders Cobb.
The report came through in a timely fashion and was concise and easy to digest.
If i had any criticism at all, the costs could be a little cheaper, to favor using a local supplier rather than a national.
