They are ignoring my return request
I have already emailed customer service regarding an item that did not arrive, as well as a defective item that was dirty. Although I can wash the defective item, it is too big for me, and I cannot use it, so I would prefer to return it. Customer service requested pictures of the defective item but decided to send one of the items they claimed was out of stock instead of the missing item, neglecting my other concerns.

Poor service
Despite the missing item apparently being available on the website - and having paid for it - I received one item (a small jar of skin cream) rattling around in a huge box. I also received a very unclear email and calls to Sandersons and also an emailed query were both ignored. The only way that I discovered the item was out of stock was by checking my own bank account to see that I had been credited.
Very poor and unclear communication and I wouldn't use or recommend Sandersons on this basis.
