Ordered mugs online and one arrived broken. Sent details in to the email address as no one picks up the phone and had to chase them as two weeks later there was no response. I am now waiting for them to either find another mug or refund me which I am assuming will take just as long. Pay a little bit more and order from somewhere else to save yourself the hassle.

I ordered a Barbour Foulton Jacket for my husband, it was greatly reduced in the sale. Looking at previous reviews I was wary, but continued. Two days later I received a delivery of very expensive fragrance Delina Exclusive. I contacted customer services the following day.Emma was extremely helpful and sent me a returns slip, she sourced the jacket which I received the next day.
Four stars given because of the inconvenience but I couldn't fault the timing of the deliveries and the support I received from Emma at customer services Thank you

Super fast delivery , opened & was very impressed, until 4 hours later one was coming away at front I asked for a retuns label & was asked if I had worn them, which they are for !! , & then heard nothing back, had to then open a case with PayPal & thankfully they refunded me . I honestly don’t know why sandersons showed so poorly customer service !!

I wasn’t sure about ordering after some low reviews, but my coat came very quickly and no issues ! Plus a very good discount in the sale.

I placed an order for a xmas gift on 28th Nov. It did arrive quickly, no issue with that. The item was too small so I had to return it which I did on 4th Jan 25. Rather than get a refund to my card they would only give me a store credit saying that as it was returned after 14 days from purchase a refund couldn't be given. Most stores extend their return dates over the xmas period so I am very disappointed in this

Exactly the same as the review below - I placed an order on 9th January and paid for 2-3 day shipping with DPD. I received an item dispatched email the same day as I placed my order with a tracking link that doesn’t work. The delivery has appeared in my DPD app and it clearly states that Sandersons has created a shipping label but has not handed the parcel to DPD. DPD has not received it. However, I have logged in to my Sanderson account and they have marked the order as 'complete'. I have sent them several emails to see if I can find out what is happening with my order and I have had no reply. I agree with the other reviews - this is clearly a scam company. Thankfully I paid by clearpay so will be contacting them to see if I can get a refund for the amount I have already paid. It was a Barbour coat so it's a fair amount of money! Not impressed and would advise people to avoid them.

Would give Zero stars if I could. I placed an order and paid for 2-3 day shipping with DPD, received an item dispatched email very prompt after ordering with a tracking link that doesn’t work. Have tried to contact numerous times to see if I can have an update on the tracking number but I am getting completely ignored. Clearly a scam company going by the other reviews, order still yet to arrive, and I don’t think it will!

Avoid this company - chasing a refund two months later, keep getting told it will be refunded 24/48 hours later, and always nothing! Keep fobbing me off absolutely ridiculous.

I have ordered from Sandersons many times now, they have really quick delivery!!!

I had a problem with my order before Christmas and it wasn’t like the usual Sanderson experience I must admit.

I got in touch with the customer service team, explained in my email what was wrong, they were prompt with a reply and helpful. I can honestly say the lady who dealt with this ‘Nicole’ has been brilliant.
She listened to what I said, addressed all issues, sent out a returns label and my recent delivery was fabulous!!!
Packaged beautiful by ‘Ruth’, with a perfume Sample and a little note.
I would definitely recommend Sandersons, and I will be using them again!!!

So clearly customer services can’t grasp the concept of Sanderson’s “GUARANTEED” Christmas delivery. Paid £7.95 on 21st of December for next day delivery, arrived on the 27th. Complete waste of time contacting customer service. Wish I had gone with my instincts and ordered from a reputable company.

Received a pair of jeans, paid £118 and received it all scrunched up without original labels! Contacted customer services wanted to return, which goes with my consumers rights and they refused to send me pre- paid label! Seriously? What kind of customer support is this? Was my first order with them and I will never purchase anything again! Sharp up Sandersons!

They sent me the total wrong item then tried to deny it even after i sent screenshots of my order confirmation with products and product codes on. My partner then emailed and got a diff member of staff reply who sent me a prepaid 48 hr return label. More then 2 weeks later i tracked parcel wich they had recieved 2 days after i posted it. I still had no refund.
Luckily i paid with Kalarna so reported it to them and next day id been refunded the payment. No email, appology or acknowledgement from the company that they even had recieved the return wich was there own error too!!
I dont think id even have had a refund yet if it wasnt for kalarna as i emailed after tracking the return and still git no reply from sandersons.

Now looking at reviews i see yhey have many negative, wish i looked sooner. Id give 0 stars if i could.

Shocking service. Ordered 2 gifts as a Christmas present, only one of them has arrived. I have had no explanation as to where the other item is and now see a credit note sent to my email (with no explanation). I spent £10.50 delivery to ensure the gifts arrived on time but now there is only half an order. There are no telephone contact details accessible on their website. Having found the number I have called several times and nobody answers. Utterly abysmal.

Don’t usually leave reviews, but I was so worried my recent order wouldnt turn up due to some negative reviews on here however it turned up well within the time frame & was packaged beautifully! Thank you

Placed & paid in full for order , order accepted, then had refund notice on card . Never had email or any contact from store . Shocking customer service . Will not be using again .

Absolutely awful customer service. I've had a real battle to get a refund.
I ordered two items but needed to return one that was far too big. There was no returns information enclosed with my order so I went online. You can download a returns label. Not having a printer I emailed the store asking if they could post a returns label to me. I didn't receive a reply. I then rang the store several times with the call going to answerphone and the advice was to 'send an email'. You have 14 days to return an item and I was shortly due to go away for a week. Eventually, I spoke to a member of staff on the shop floor at Sheffield who said she would leave a note for the person who deals with returns and ask her to ring me. I never got a call. The day I was going away I rang many times as I was running out of time to send the return. Someone finally rang me back to say she had spoken to the store manager who said she would waive the 14 days return and to go away and enjoy my holiday. As soon as I returned home I posted the item back 1st class and it was received by the store the very next morning. One month later after innumerable phone calls and emails I finally have my refund. I will never use this company ever again. Terrible customer service.

I have been using Parfums De Marly Valaya for years, and I recently purchased a bottle from Sandersons. However, when I tried it, the fragrance was completely different from what I have been accustomed to—it lasted less than an hour.

I contacted the company to request a return, but my request was refused. Based on my experience, I strongly believe this product is not authentic.

I would advise caution when purchasing from this company.

Unfortunately I had the same issue as others, ordered an item and paid for it, received a email to say order had been shipped but then never arrived. I had to chase up several times to resolve which wasted a lot of my time. The online phone number went unanswered, emails initially weren’t replied to, contact via Facebook and X also ignored. Eventually I was told there had been a ‘technical issue on site that showed the item in stock in error’ which looks like quite a common occurrence. This was frustrating as it was during the Black Friday sales and by the time it had been resolved (over two weeks) the item I wanted had gone back to full price everywhere. Mistakes happen but if I’d looked at reviews first I would have gone elsewhere to save wasting so much time

Dreadful customer service.
Ordered an item on 4 th December with 2-3 working days for postage. I finally contacted them on the 13th to find out what was happening.
The item has been withdrawn and no longer for sale.
They had not informed me and without following this up I doubt they would have let me know Felt exploitative

Don’t waste your time. Purchased a fragrance on the 29th of November. Received it and it was a faulty/damaged fragrance. Emailed and initially response was ok and offered a pick up to return the parcel. Since then I have had to email and email to see if it has been received then told to wait 3-5 days to issue a replacement. That was on the 11th of November. The way Xmas rush is I think I won’t even get it before then. If it doesn’t come this week before Christmas I’ll issue a dispute with my bank as I could have just purchased elsewhere and had a faster service. The day I needed the fragrance for has gone anyways. In 2024 I shouldn’t wait days/weeks for a replacement when I promptly returned a damaged item. DONT BOTHER especially for fragrances. Buy from another retailer who actually cares about customer service. I don’t recommend them to anyone buying perfumes at all!
