Fantastic next day delivery, cannot fault this, five out of five. Unfortunately the returns process is shocking. The dress ordered looked nothing like the picture online. I don't know if this is a genuine website mix up or a brand issue, the dress was
returned within an hour of receipt, at a cost of £11 to cover insurance and tracking.
I have emailed to confirm Sandersons have received it (I know they have from tracking), to be told

"Please kindly allow up to 14 days for this to be processed. Once done, you will receive an automated email to notify you."

Come on Katie, put me out of my misery and send me an email to at least acknowledge you have received the dress back to your warehouse.

14 days is far too long to wait for your email let alone my money back.

Once bitten twice shy!

Bought a coat £50 cheaper through Sandersons, was a little delay on delivery but received a very quick response from admin when I chased it up and received order within a few days. Am very pleased with the item and could not find the item any cheaper anywhere else.
Will shop again here.

I have just discovered Sandersons store but i have to say everything i have ordered was delivered next day DPD and for free. I have ordered few perfumes and you can’t beat the price. All packed nicely and with care.

I would give a 0 feedback if there was one. Very appalling experience. I ordered a perfume that cost me £170, guess what got sent to me, an empty box!! DPD actually delivered an empty box all packaged and sealed to me, never seen anything like this before in my life!!
I’ve been trying to get hold of this store, no one seems to be answering phones.. I sent an email straight after opening the empty packaging, up till now 48hrs later, I’ve not had a response. I just need my £170 refunded or someone sends me what I actually paid for.
I’m disgusted and disappointed by this service!!

Prompt answers to customer needs such as refunds when things need to be returned.

Charged over £12 to return item that did not match size . Shocking customer service , will never order again from Sandersons

I placed an order for shoes, however, Sandersons informed me the picture on their website was different to my expected order and kindly gave me the option of cancelling before sending it out anyway. Thought that was very good customer service.

Quality product, delivered on time will use sandersons on a regular basis

I found exactly what I was looking for, instantly online.
The delivery was timely and the goods were perfect.
I'll shop again with Sandersons; everything was "Practically Perfect in every way."

I ordered a pair of Barbour slippers and received a designer headband instead. I contacted Sandersons to be told they had gone to the wrong address. I sent the headband back and waited. After two attempts at trying to find out where the slippers were, they said they couldn’t get them back from the addressee and gave me a refund. What a waste of two weeks. I ordered the same pair from a competitor and got them the next day. Must do better Sandersons!

Not had the best shopping experience in Sanderson's today at Fox Valley.
After spending £200 (£150 on a Holland and Cooper Gillet) I was told a paper bag for my clothes was 70 or 75p! This really irritated me as usually whenever I buy designer clothes elsewhere, I’ve been given them in a card bag.
Then I realised the assistant hadn’t asked for my Sanderson’s points card. The assistant was clearly annoyed when I wanted her to sort out the points and I was told to bring my receipt in next time to get them added on. Why next time? I had the receipt in my hand. I ended up asking for a refund (which took ages as it involved waiting for another staff member) and rebuying so I got the points.
We were so fed up we skipped menswear, which is why we had gone to Sanderson’s in the first place.
Previously we’ve done a lot of happy shopping in Sanderson’s but I think after today, I’ll start taking the easy option of buying online.
