I really wanted this project to succeed because the Sandsara Mini looks like a beautiful product. Unfortunately, my experience with the company has been extremely disappointing.

The original delivery estimate was December, but months later, in August, my order is still not complete. Delays can happen with crowdfunding projects, and I understand that. What I cannot accept is the complete lack of communication.

Customer support has been one of the worst experiences I've had. Several emails have gone unanswered for weeks, and in some cases, not answered at all. I requested the cancellation of some accessories well before shipment, yet I never received any confirmation despite multiple follow-up emails.
The main product has finally shipped, but my order is still incomplete and several issues remain unresolved.

Another disappointment is the pricing of the accessories. They are already sold at very high prices, and when I realized I no longer needed some of them, I requested their cancellation before shipment. Instead of simply confirming whether this had been processed, the company chose not to respond.

Throughout this project, I have experienced:
• Repeated delivery delays.
• Very poor communication.
• Customer support that rarely responds.
• No transparency regarding order changes.
• A frustrating lack of consideration for customers.

The product itself may be good, but customer service is part of the experience. After waiting many months and repeatedly trying to obtain simple answers, I feel that customers deserve much better communication and much more respect.

I sincerely hope the company improves its customer support, because at the moment it does not match the quality or price of the products they are selling.

The 30 g of sand mine came with is not enough. Many designs come out incomplete unless I stop the machine and manually redistribute the sand first.

When I tried to order more, I found it costs AUD $75 to ship just 30 g of sand to Australia, which is completely unreasonable.

A premium product should not require manual intervention to work properly or charge such excessive amounts for an essential consumable.

Never received my product as a backer on kickstarter...
Customer serivce won't assist.

Matériel aussi mauvais que le service client ! Honteux à ce prix
Après avoir passé ma commande je n’ai jamais pu communiquer à le service client malgré 4 à 5 e-mails sur leur site et contact Instagram, le délai de livraison a été largement dépassé mais à aucun moment je n’ai été prévenu… depuis j’ai tenté de les contacter à de nombreuses reprises pour mes problèmes de batterie et autres, JAMAIS reçu de réponse !
Concernant le matériel, un Sandsara Mini Pro, l’application est très mal conçu, les réglages de temporisation, luminosité, vitesse etc… ne fonctionnent pas ou occasionnellement et bien sûr aucun manuel ou tuto pour expliquer comment l’utiliser !
La batterie ne tient pas la charge (1 à 2 dessins sans lumière ni sons au maximum) au début, après 1 mois d’utilisation celle-ci ne se recharge même plus 🤬
Tournez vous vers la concurrence et oubliez Sandsara !

Nightmare on Customer Services!!!!

If you have a problem with your product, it will take forever to get it solved!!!!!

I was one of the early one to backed this project, right before they started shipping out the product, they send an email out for any upgrade or extra accessories to add on. So I decided to switch from corded to wireless version and paid the extra cost. When I finally received the Sandsara, they send me the wrong version (corded). Oct 28th I emailed them they send me the wrong version

Oct 30th Sandsara suggested to send me the battery (for wireless version) replacement, so I can install it myself.

Nov 5th I requested an update.

Nov 6th I was told they will ship out the replacement battery next week.

Nov 19th Been 2 weeks, so I request for tracking number.

Nov 20th Replied saying the battery is out of stock and will be in-stock within the same week. (why it takes 2 weeks to find out the battery is out of stocks)

Dec 1st No battery received, so I request an update! No reply

Dec 2nd Getting frustrated, so I request an update again!

Dec 3rd Replied saying battery cannot be shipped because shipping restriction. Suggest me to ship the whole package back to China for replacement. No postal info attached. (in this case why not provide postal info)

Dec 4th I request for postal info to ship back the package, and mention about will shipping cost will be "payment upon delivery" since it is not my fault. No reply.

Dec 10th I request info again. No reply

Dec 13th I request info again. No reply

Dec 17th I request info again. No reply

Dec 20th Address finally provided. (it took 16 days just to provide a return address) The same day I request approval for payment upon delivery. No reply again.

Dec 29th I request exact company name info in order to ship payment upon delivery.

Dec 31st Company name provided

Jan 6th Sandsara confirmed received return package.

Jan 15th Request replacement (correct product) shipment tracking

Jan 20th Request me to confirm the shipping address. I replied back the same day.

Jan 22nd I request for tracking info again. No reply

Jan 25th I request for tracking info again.

Jan 28th Suddenly, they said my returned item was damaged. Asking if it was caused by me and will send it back to me by tomorrow. Same day I replied I have not even used the product once, I only took it out of the package and found out it was to wrong version and it was shipped back with all original packaging. So I told them they should claim the shipping company for damage. Please do not send me back with a damaged product. Then No Reply again

Feb 9th I request update again. No Reply

Feb 11th I request another update again.

Feb 17th Replied saying will send me the tracking after Chinese New Year Holiday (which is Feb 26th)

This is very very frustrating and disappointing. The whole process has been dragging for almost 5 months and I don't even know when I will received the product. I will update here again when they finally ship out the product (hope it will be the correct version with no damage)
