I contacted customer services (they are very unresponsive) and they couldnât even give me a new estimated shipping date which showed me they donât even have enough confidence in their own processes to provide one. I then asked for a full refund and never received the refund in the timeframe they gave. Contacted them again, turns out they didnât process my refund. Finally received my refund. Most decent/reputable companies would at least offer some form of compensation but they didnât. Red flags all round. Donât use them
