I had an extenuating circumstance with a purchase i made at Santoro Milan. I won't say what it was but the store members were extremely understanding and accommodating. I'm very grateful for their service and will be going back to their store again. Thank you!

A while back I ordered some shoes. The delivery was going to be later than stated and the quality was extremely poor for the value. I returned and exchanged them for a jacket which fitted smaller than the size stated. I gave up and sent it back for a refund. Santoromilan said they never received the jacket and I never received my refund. Will never use them or recommend.. Poor service and no resolution-money wasted

The suit was good value for the money but it took a phone call to one of their shops for them to actually deal with my order. This was after 16 days and 2 emails to customer services. The shop assistant and the chap who eventually called me were very helpful and the suit was delivered the following day.

I ordered my suit last minute and needed it within a few days.

I sent them an email and Santoro did everything they could to get my order on time.

It arrived well within my timeframe and the suit was perfect!

There was a problem with my initial delivery - I was reached out to without having to chase and was able to switch my initial order to something else even though the new basket was more expensive than the original!

Order took over a month to arrive. Main item was removed from the order without explanation. Payment was refunded but no communication whatsoever from the supplier. Very disappointed.

Andrew was fantastic helping me to find a look for my wedding, he was very patient and professional despite the shop being busy. My fiancee and mother were with me during the process and he took time to include them and be very attentive throughout. He is a credit to Santoro!

I would not recommend this store. I bought a suit for my son. When I removed from suit bag the stitching loose and open/torn. Took it back to Store 2 days later and was told yes it is faulty but we dont do refunds. Manager extremely rude and unhelpful. Another customer picked up a suit whilst we were there and the button fell off.

This was a wonderful service. I came here to get my size and a T-shirt and trousers and the customer service was excellent. I went away happy I’ll be definitely visiting here again thank you Savio. Thank you Devang.

I’ve sent numerous emails over 1 week on an order and even paid the £9 return to sent larger size due to being way to small even though the suit size is what I always wear. Wouldnt mind it just what I want. Shocking customer service.

I think it's a good buy, although size 10 selected feels like 9½. Delivery time was good with prompt communication. Pricing is good, well packaged and looked exactly like what was posted.

*UPDATE: I was asked to remove this review by the company and they would then reimburse me for the return postage cost. I agreed to do it once everything had been resolved, which I think is fair enough. This was over 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting. When I have followed up with them, I'm told their manager will only refund me after I remove the review! They clearly care more about a bad review than customer satisfaction. Absolutely appalling customer service*

Website advertises free returns so I ordered more than one size to try. Returns are not free and customer services are not very helpful. They should stand by what they advertise.
